Strong West has the nicest staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at any of the URMC labs. I have been to many of the labs and the people working there clearly are miserable, unprofessional, and very unkind.I want to thank all the girls at the Strong West Lab. Beautiful smiles and wonderful service.

I was in & out for blood work & imaging within 35 minutes. Staff was VERY kind would 100% come back here if needed be & recommend for anyone looking for quick efficient service!

Always in and out pretty quickly, awesome phlebotomists, everything looks clean and everyone is so nice! This is my go-to spot for labs!
