I had a great experience at the Verizon store in Brockport. Bryce was very helpful finding a plan and promotion for me. They are dedicated to service, would highly recommend driving to Brockport for your Verizon wireless needs.

Update: 11.27.23 - Just got my new Samsung ZFold5 and the help and service are as they always have been! Fantastic and the same and they always go above and beyond!!! I appreciate it more than you know!First off...came here almost 6 years ago for my Galaxy Samsung Note 9...best service and staff and helpfulness I've ever had. Went back last week to upgrade because of my original experience....still the same!!! Absolutely fantastic!! Thanks Carrie for all your help with my Zflip3!! I highly recommended this place to anyone looking for a new phone and to be treated right!! Customer Service is thriving here!!! Thank you all for your hard work! -Pat

This is the easiest 5 star I've ever given. I came in with damage to my 4 year old iphone - wouldn't charge, Jazz saw it as a challenge - not a problem. I was there for a whopping 30 minutes at most. Props to the dude whose name I didn't get because he also rocks and Jazz gets all the stars for their engagement, attention, and skill here.

I went into this location about an hour before closing. Employees were more than happy to help with answering all my questions and help me make the right decision . Excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere. Will definently be coming back

Hands down the best customer service! Knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and courteous. I love my new Galaxy S22 Ultra. I needed a great camera phone for a cross country trip and the photos came out extraordinary! I like to give a great compliment to Alecia who helped us out immensely transferring my old phone to the new apple. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me even though she wasn’t the original sales person at the time of purchase. This is a long one, but worth it.I went in to switch my number from straight talk to Verizon. Carrie Cocuzzi helped me and was super knowledgeable, and just as concerned with the issues that occurred as I was. We fought with straight talk for over an hour and she remained super cool and polite towards me as we were dealing with straight talk’s B.S.The next day I came in and Jazz Green was working, again she/they were very knowledgeable, very sweet and polite, she/they helped me transfer everything over and suggested what she felt was the best case and screen protector for the price, she even put it on the phone for me. Everyone in that store seems to be very patient and kind. No one is out to just get your money in that store, they’re very empathetic and patient with their customers. Thank you guys!

Carrie Cocuzzi was extrremely helpful and we had a great experience upgrading a phone. We have never had a positive experience at a Verizon store, but this place really values the customer experience and it shows. If you have had terrible experiences with Verizon in the past, give this place a chance, they will restore your faith in human decency.
