“I usually don’t make reviews but I feel like this is an exception. I unfortunately had to put down a pet for the first time. Despite how hard it was to say goodbye to my cat, the staff at the Brockport Animal Hospital went above and beyond for my cat and me. Nicole, Courtney, and Dr. Handler were incredibly supportive the entire time. I sincerely appreciate Nicole for staying with me throughout the entire process. I had anticipated feeling pain and terrible feelings (which I did) but I believe that my grieving process has been made easier due to their support. If I decide to have another pet, I will for sure return to the Brockport Animal Hospital.”

“The vet was amazing, she seemed to really care about my pets health and was so patient with all my questions. Stormy instantly was less fearful and started eating when we got home that day and I owe it all to you guys for helping us so much. I was so scared our new kitty was going to pass away from not eating but you guys really helped all of us. The pricing was fair and the vet was honest with what we needed now and what we could wait on. I am definitely coming back for her shots and to be fixed. Thank you so much to all the staff!!”

The vet broke things down for me to help me make the best decisions for my cat. The vet technicians were personable, very thoughtful, and listened to me so well. The receptionists are so kind and sweet. I would give this place another star if I could! Im not taking my cats anywhere else, but here.”
