Made a return WITH THE RECIEPT, and got a warning slip stating that we return to many items and may be banned from returns in the future... are you kidding me?!?! WITH THE RECIEPT?!?! we spend $100s of dollars there each and every week and RARELY do we return anything and almost always if we do, we have the reciept... if walmart doesn't want our buisness I'm sure their competitors will.... absolutle fumble by walmart corporate as I truly do love the brockport walmart and the staff is generally nice and helpful... beware before buying as they may not accept your return if needed...

This is absolutely the WORST Walmart I've ever had to deal with. Lazy, entitled, rude employees every single time I have to deal with them. And forget ever trying to put in an online delivery order! Four separate times I've placed orders and they'll mark items as unavailable just because they don't want to go pick them up. I hate everything about this place!!!

Everything is neat and for the most par well stocked. The employees are nice and helpful. Recently I went there and became ill while checking out. I ask Alex for a scooter and he got me one, then Emily came in with one. They not only finished my check out, Emily followed me to my car, loaded my groceries and made certain I was ok. This is the best Walmart ever!
