Can't stand being on home 20-45min to find why I they couldn't tell me there was an issue when I picked up my meds today I drove 35 min for my meds I'm about to switch pharmacies to Leroy at tops because this is ridiculous

Love You Guys and Gals!?. ALWAYS Friendly Staff And Pharmacist's. Can ALWAYS Explain Me and My Families New Prescriptions, So I can Understand Our New Medicine's Better. Been with Wegmans for 30 Years!!!!?. Would feel Guilty if I Went To ANY OTHER PHARMACY ☺️???

I was a Wegmans pharmacy tech for 4 years. Lately? This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used anywhere in America; never have what I need, was treated like a opiate criminal (I know the procedure, I worked there) for asking why my non controlled substance RX was cancelled (i had doc call in a new one to put on file, they invalidated my old one that had bunch of refills), always partials with ZERO explanations why. Change quantities with no explanation, I know it's insurance but you need to tell people.
Seen the staff be rude & snotty to minorities as well.
Get your act together.

My husband switched his meds to this pharmacy, and I initially wasn't happy about having to go inside the store vs. drive-thru. To my suprise it usually takes less time this way! Friendly, fast and accurate service - every time.

Wegman's is best grocery store we have ever shopped at. We live in Maine and we do not have one here, but we wish they would consider developing one near Saco, ME. We shopped at the one in Erie, PA for a number of years and miss it. Their bakery and produce areas are second-to-none. Highly recommend!

They changed how you order pizza and made it unnecessarily difficult. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza with mozzarella and spinach. I paid extra for the spinach and there was about 5 pieces on the pizza.
