The service department has been outstanding. A couple months ago, I needed an inspection (my first ever for NY) and they helped me understand the process and went above and beyond to get me situated. My Honda is on a lease and I needed an oil change. I called the service department and they were able to assist me. I dropped the car off and headed out of town. They called when it was finished and text me the payment information. Paying the bill was super easy. Everyone there has been wonderful to deal with. Definitely recommend them!

They are great. I was going to buy a 2022 Subaru wrx but when I test drove it I did not like it like I thought I would. The sales person who I worked with, Tanya Ammerman who sold me my last car was so understanding and did not get upset or anything. She understood. She also worked so hard the last time I bought a car to get the car and the trade in just how it needed to be. She went above and beyond what normal Car Sales people typically do in my experience. I can not say enough good things about her. I am sure it was a disappointment that we could not finalize a deal but she was great. When its time to look again, she is my first call. There are few like her in my experience. Its about an hour drive for me to that dealer but it is so worth it to work with Tanya and the whole team over there.

My old car was 10 y.o., and I was thinking of changing it.I went to several car dealerships, and ended her randomly. Well, Paul listen to me, my concerns,and gave me a couple of models to test drive. I went home, did the numbers and a few days later decided on my new lease car. First time ever leasing. The whole process was a breeze, and I had to wait a couple of months for my car.I'm here at my 6K miles service. They have the best Complimentary Refreshments.

My son was visiting from MA and had to get his Crosstrek serviced ASAP before the trip back. Greg fit us in in short order. Though the car had all sorts of warning lights come on, the Auto Tech went to basics of "every Corrective Maintenance should begin with Preventive Maintenance." The car ended up with a simple fix and we were on on our way with no futher reoccurence. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This Subaru used to go by Spurr then Bob Johnson and now it's currently West Herr. This recently occurred this month. I brought my Impreza in for some maintenance and I was blown away by the 5-star customer service and professionalism by this establishment. Michelle was top notch and Sean was a game changer. They made a customer for life. I hope West Herr is here to stay! If you have a Subaru, this is the place to go to! We're lucky to have them here in the 585!

I was sent a part I did not order. I ordered a part for my subaru forester and was sent a part for an imprenza. When I called to try to straighten this out I was told it was not their fault and I must have ordered the wrong part. They sent me their return policy and if I returned it I would be charged a 35% restocking fee and I would have to pay my own shipping. The gentlemen I spoke with was rude.
