I am writing this review with great disappointment regarding the ongoing issues we've faced as residents of Willowbrooke . Despite bringing our concerns to the management's attention over the past two months, no meaningful action has been taken to address our grievances.Our experience with Willowbrooke has taken a nosedive since the beginning of 2022. The decline in communication, unannounced office closures, and a significant 19.83% rent increase in 2022 were only the beginning. The situation has escalated further in 2023, with our rent skyrocketing from $1450 to $1550, leaving us bewildered and frustrated.Our attempts to engage with the leasing office have been met with consistent obstacles. Not only has there been a lack of communication regarding changes in personnel, but we were also informed that there is currently no maintenance staff due to resignations. This revelation raises serious concerns about the complex's ability to provide essential services to its residents.The maintenance issues we've reported, including problems with our master bathroom and numerous other concerns, remain unaddressed. Despite our consistent efforts to seek resolution by visiting the leasing office weekly, our pleas seem to fall on deaf ears.The most disheartening aspect is the intrusion of our privacy during an unauthorized maintenance visit, reflecting a blatant disregard for our security and well-being.Our attempt to negotiate a fair rent adjustment and resolve these issues has been met with indifference. We understand that managing a large residential complex is challenging, but the lack of action and communication is unacceptable.In light of these ongoing problems and the apparent breakdown in essential services, we feel compelled to share our experience. We hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for prospective residents and prompts the management to take immediate action to address these issues.

Edit: This place is developing into a nightmare. I am on night 3 of no hot water and no communication as to why or when it might be back. (I have submitted the requests as best as I know how.) I am currently being kept up by a hallway smoke detector that chirps through all the doors of my apartment around my pillow fort and into my soul every 30 seconds. I decided editing my review was a better option than facing eviction because I don’t have time to review the textbook lease about touching company property.*adds two coats to the stack of pillows and hopes for the best.From the day I signed my lease until now, I have had frustrations dealing with this property. I am compelled to write this review because it is the third day in a row I got an e-mail at 3am asking me to write one in response to a repair i needed. I want to be up front in that the only star this company has earned is off the backs of the lady at the front desk, and the handyman who made the repairs. They are very nice people and have been pleasant to talk to.I couldn't look at my apartment until the day I signed my lease and I chose to accept what was clearly a very rushed turnover cleaning. I dealt directly with the property manager and was handed a book of paper that he flipped through pointing for initials and signatures as he explained briefly what was on the pages. A month after cleaning out filth from the drains, getting the grime out of the cracks and corners and finding hair painted into the bathroom walls, I noticed miscellaneous charges on my bill for all the fine print Items that were included in lease. There is a "Bill Processing Fee" at this complex, if that helps paint a picture of how much they avoid paying for anything. So, make sure you are aware of the extra costs that might show up as you get rushed to make a decision because the cost of living here goes up if you wait to sign. It is a constant and you will always have to pay more rent if you wait... and then again next year if you sign... no matter what... forever. . .

Amazing service, every time I have a problem the leasing agent is amazing, she’s always there with a smile to help out. Could not recommend a better newly renovated complex in the area!

I just moved in and so far and it's been a great experience. Melanie was really easy to work with and prompt whenever I had any questions. Mason was also helpful. The residents seem friendly and the grounds look clean/well kept.

In July, we were in the rental office to renew our lease, and my wife happened to mention that our kitchen faucet needed some work. A few days later maintenance dropped by to fix it. Mason's timing was excellent and he was in and out in no time.

The townhouse was not finished when I moved in. A year later they raised the rent $290. I tried to pay November's rent but something went wrong. I put the money in their account and they applied it to December's rent instead and never attempted to collect November's rent. Not even a message nor email. I literally put the money in their account and days later asked them to take it. There has been snow out front on the walkway to my front door for a week now and they haven't removed it. Ever since the new company took over years ago this place has gone downhill. They do nothing when you bring matters up but lie to your face saying they'll do something yet they never do. As soin as I have the money saved up I am buying my lease out and moving. May even talk to a lawyer.P.S. It's been 4 months and no replies from any of the management team. I can no longer connect to the 2.4g network as they did something to the internet so now my security cameras are down. The weeds and bushes out front are overgrown. There are thorn vines overgrowing my front steps. This is absurd. Pictures will be uploaded in the morning.

They have good apartments the only thing is some older things in the kitchen and the distance I have to drive to work but that's my own problem so I say pretty good place to live.

Maintenance team is quick and helpful. The kitchen sink disposal started leaking and Mason was there to fix it right away. Thank you Mason!
