Joe L. assisted me with an out of state purchase and was extremely helpful and provided me with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and customer service support. I have never purchased anything from 2K before, but will definitely continue to use 2K Furniture for household furniture needs in the future.Thank you, Joe, for all your help! I truly appreciate it.

2k Furniture Designs furniture is well made, heavy and high quality furniture. Joe in customer service was very thorough before, during and after the sale. He called me after product was delivered to confirm my satisfaction. The price for my dining set is about 50 % less than many other sets that I have been interested in. I'm very pleased and highly recommend 2k. Thank you for the affordability of high quality furniture

We ordered a daybed from 2K Furniture through Amazon to be delivered last week. We were notified by Amazon that the shipment was delayed. We thought the shipment had been delayed for a long time, so we tried to cancel the order. As it turns out, Joe from 2K had tried to notify me of the situation several times, and I just missed the messages. Joe explained that the bed had already shipped and went out of his way to help us track it. The great thing is we got the bed that day. Thanks so much, Joe, for your help. The bed is great.

Our dresser was broken upon arrival. We called Joe at 2K, and he could care less once he has your money. We have fought with him and Amazon for over a year. It is difficult to contact anyone for help, and when you speak to Joe, he is rude and unhelpful.When Amazon contacted him, he was rude with her and hung up on her as well.Stay away from this fraud.

Received my bedroom set a month after ordering it. Upon setting up my dresser there are 4 drawers that are broken. A piece of wood has splintered down the middle of the drawers. Requesting for a refund for the dresser. These people are rude especially if you order from them through Amazon. I emailed everything that is wrong with the dresser as well as pictures and still have yet to get a response.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I made the mistake of ordering a KING sized bed set from this seller on Amazon on July 20,2023 the delivery time was from July 26,2023 - August 1, 2023 I DIDNT RECEIVE ANYTHING UNTIL AUGUST 8th BUT THAT ISNT EVEN THE WORST PART. THE COLOR WAS A UGLY DARK BROWN INSTEAD OF "charcoal grey" that is stated on multiple occasions AND they delivered a QUEEN sized frame and then took another 2 weeks to send the correct size WHICH AGAIN NEVER HAPPENED BECAUSE THEY SENT ONE PIECE TO THE "CORRECT" Piece and this was on August 14th I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A COMPLETED BED FRAME OR A REFUND THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND A JOKE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY

I called 2kfurniture today 8/14/23 and spoke with Joe! Who was absolutely phenomenal. He was very customer service oriented in a todays world where customer service is almost nonexistent until I spoke with Joe.I followed his instructions to the tee and I’m elated??. I don’t know who he reports to but he needs to get extreme kudos. People will review when they are dissatisfied and most often not when satisfied.Thank you Joe for your exceptional customer service.Kind regards Renee Thurman

Ordered a bedroom set from them close to five months ago and I’m still waiting on them to fix one of the drawers on my dresser. Keep getting told they’ll have an answer by the end of the week. I understand that sometimes things happen but man five months is a long time to not have it fixed and I haven’t even been offered a discount or anything at all with this. It’s really kind of messed up how horrible they treat you after you purchase especially if you buy from them through Amazon. I really don’t recommend this company at all. It’s a shame because it looks really nice too I just can’t use one of my drawers in my dresser.

2K furniture is the worst. I have had a dresser and chest come damaged. The company keeps hanging up on us or puts us on hold forever until they hang up. I just called them like 40 times talked to a representative of theirs who say they will connect me to claims. As usual no one answers, and they no that. Their superviser always seems to be in a meeting when they say they will transfer the call to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

2 of my dressers came damaged. I have tried contacting the company numerous times and no one answers the phone. I have left several messages for them to call me regarding my claim and no one returns my call. The Worst customer service ever. Will have to decide what steps to take now.

This is a scam company working through Amazon. They delay the order until they get the money then good luck getting anything. I was lucky and received a refund thru Amazon 7 days after the missed there delivery date. Then I started getting scammer text about my Amazon account being closed unless. Contact them. Scam. Reported them to amazon nothing happened. 2k tried delivering a month later and even after I refused it they kept trying.Stay away from them.

I am writing this review in hopes of helping other customers avoid the experience. I placed my order for this dining room set at the beginning of January through amazon. Immediately when the furniture arrived, we began to build it and noticed that many of the pieces came damaged. We put everything back into the boxes and I contacted the seller through Amazon in order to return the items and receive a full refund. This was on January 22. Today is March 12 and I have yet received my refund. My conversation with the seller 2K furniture designs, was very aggravating from day 1. After days and weeks of waiting for an initial response with substantial information all the seller said was that I could be refunded $100 and stay with the item. I paid over $1000 dollars for this item. Seeing as I was unable to reach an agreement with the seller I decided to get in contact with an Amazon agent directly thinking that my issue would be solved rapidly. I contacted Amazon on January 28th and they have been even less helpful than the seller. After filing multiple A-Z claims and weeks and weeks of contacting different agents and waiting, we have reached no solutions. I still have the items in the middle of my dining room desperate to have the seller pick them up and give me my refund. I don’t know what else to do. My advice to anyone buying furniture through amazon is not to buy from 3rd party sellers, all they want is to sell you the product in whatever conditions and then keep your money. And as for Amazon, I thought thinks would go smoother. Turns out they really don’t care about their customers.

Ordered a king size frame through Amazon, arrived damaged due to shipping. One phone call to 2K Furniture and they refunded my money and did not require me to pay return shipping (item was not a Prime item). Would definitely purchase from 2K Furniture Designs again!
