Poor delivery service. Driver said he delivered my order, he lied. He must have taken it home with him. He posted a picture showing my order in the Uber bag. When I text him, no response. When I called him, again no response. Requested a refund and was denied. Ended up having to reorder a second time. Hopefully the driver doesn't lie and say they delivered it and I actually get my order.

I ordered a pizza and 4 cookies now is talking about “sorry your ordered has been canceled” and they already took money out of my card and then I called and it’s just a automated voice message so you telling me I got scammed?

I don’t even wanna give them a star at all. Worst place ever . I bought pizza and there was a hard plastic inside the pizza. The plastic got lodged into my tooth and I had to go to the dentist to get it removed . Do better at making yall

Lotto Machine broke and I had $30 in credits, the manger credit me $30 at the counter to play the powerball, so I played additional $10 for rectifying the situation. Thank again.

Love stopping by the 7-Eleven near me. I always stop here for a quick bite or coffee. I especially enjoy the coffee and my macadamia cookies together.

The customer service here is non existent! They don’t clean their machines. Employees act like they don’t like their job or have attitudes towards certain customers.

I don’t know who they have working here but EVERY time I order off the ubereats app they’re ALWAYS sending me the wrong items or someone else’s order completely and as someone who worked in a restaurant that partners with ubereats I KNOW it’s not a problem with the app

This location is terrible. They don’t follow orders on 7-11 now and put whatever they want in the bag. Then you have to beg customer service for your money back. This is almost every time. And the reason folks order is because it’s late night and it’s convenient but if you don’t have a product and I don’t ask for a substitute and I ask for it to be removed then do that. Pissed 😡. They got one more time and I’m coming to this store and goin to pour all the wrong items they give me on the floor. This is ridiculous and you can tell this is a franchise store because the owner does not care at all. Because it would have been changed. I hate that the store on grand concourse closed on 149. It was way better. FYI they never answer the phone.

They clearly stated in their profile bathroom is available and this store Clark said there is no bathroom in this store. 7 eleven do more .
