THE PEOPLE who WORK/RUN/OWN 99cents are VERY rude, they pretend to be deaf and they don't know where items are located in their store. If you have time and money to waste, still don't go there. They watch you at the ATM.They products are really low quality. Not even worth it if your in a pinch. Minimum $5 when using your debit card
