I was ripped off the first time I went there. They put gel polish on my toes
When asked why my bill was so expensive I was told they used gel. I didn't asked for gel. My nails don't breathe under gel polish. Now I have a fungus on my big toe.

I got gel polish on my fingers, by the time I got home and showered. They started peeling. I knew the nail tech was doing a good job because he was constantly looking on his phone. I spoke to him Several times and he was very argumentative.I did Gel polish with Juliea and it lasted more than a month. No peeling.Am very disappointed.

Where do I begin. First and foremost, I was desperate and in a time constraint so I came to the nearest nail place by me. The woman who I assume is the owner, sits me for a pedicure as I soak my hard gel off. I guess she didn’t remember she already had an appointment and the other client was upset. So she RUSHES through my pedicure. I get some ingrown nails and I’m used to nail techs detecting that and helping with it. She barely even cleaned my cuticles and I didn’t say anything because obviously I wouldn’t trust her with any ingrowns. I proceed to sit for another 1.5hrs soaking my nails while she takes care of her appointment. I ask her to use the machine to keep shaving off the hard gel so it soaks quicker — she gives me a nail file for me to do it myself. Gel manicure wasn’t awful, but she didn’t even use lotion and used oil on my entire nail (which you’re not supposed to do with gel). Overall, awful experience. Will never go back even if I’m desperate.

Horrible . Don’t know how to apply polish correctly, acts blind like they cant see that they putting nail polish on your actual skin and then don’t take it off .

Okay place. Went in for mani and pedi,The woman kept buffing my nails despite me telling her not to numerous times. The place is very dirty and disorganized, employees shoes and food all around I mean I guess this is what you expect in the Bronx? Deff won't be back. You get what you pay for.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. I came in and waited two hours just for them to ignore me. I basically waited until they closed. There was no order, no system in which they were taking clients. They didn’t come to check in to let me know how much longer it was going to take, and I never got a chance to ask because they kept going to the back and pretending to be busy with other things, along with working on other clients that had been sitting in the pedicure chairs for 50+ minutes. Some people were in and out within 20 minutes, though, which I don’t understand.
