Aaron’s company is just horrible and dealing with a store and people from the Bronx ! When I signed up for Aaron’s it was the one in queens but they shut down after renting everything was smooth until one day I went
To clean my couch out and the metal pieces in the couch was coming up and out the couch caulking rips in the couch and also the metal pieces to poke out (all totally invisible because it’s under the cushions) I called the store they told me to send pictures in to get service done no email no call no nothing 2 weeks later my 10 year old daughter goes and sits on the couch and I heard a rip so I went to look and the fabric on the inside (under the cushions) ripped now I’m calling the store to come pick up the couch and I’m being told it can’t be returned because it’s now damaged and can’t be released and all this BS , online don’t even state you can’t return something because of a rip on the inside it says normal wear and tear idk if that falls under but I had the couch for only a year the couch shouldn’t be ripping in different places when people barely sits in it and when they do it’s ripping and wanting to come and see the couch fabric up like it won’t just rip again and wanting me to pay all this money on a couch is ridiculous! Why can’t they be more like rent a center . Rent a center will replace return take back what ever item because ITS THEIR ITEM it’s a rent to own I don’t own the product so why can’t I return it back to the store due to a minor rip that can be sewed up a released to someone else you don’t care about spending hundreds of their working money for a cheap couch

This Aaron in the Bronx on third Avenue is the worst. The manager is never there all they wanna do is go back-and-forth instead of solving the issue. I have furniture from them and they still never returned the leg to one of the couches that they left behind ! Diamond The manager there wants to go back-and-forth with me about me, mentioning her name about her being there or not, which is very irrelevant, and the claim still hasn’t been solved It seems like it’s a bunch of high school kids working in there and nobody knows how to do anything hell they don’t even have a working fax machine

My mom got me a PS5 for my birthday this week and the woman who she spoke to was phenomenal!!! Diamond was her name and she worked with my mom and showed her the upmost respect. I appreciate Diamond so much and I truly believe she needs a raise and a promotion. She made sure my mom understood everything and she took her time. I have never seen such a good worker before. I wish Diamond the best and that raise and promotion.

I get approved from Aaron's 4 times 10469 the NJ don't deliver to. You got one store in the bronx. I how you can't deliver 10469 on Boston Rd 15 20 min away.. I drove truck and did 50 stops Mon to Fri Relis and Roth different borough everyday. Come Aaron's stop sending me emails mail and I can't order nothing wasting me time .

The absolute worst service ever! Dominique had me email personal identity documents for verification, and told me to call her after they are sent. I sent my ID and Con Edison bill as requested but when I called back, she wouldn't take my call. Very weird. They bounced me around on hold for 30 minutes. I called back, they would pick up and hang up the phone, like kids. I don't know what they intend to do with my personal information if it's not used to open an account. At this point I’m nervous about them having my documentation because they seem very shady and are operating this business with zero integrity. Most of the other reviews are just as bad. I will be filing several formal reports starting with the BBB, the corporate offices and any upper management that I can obtain contact information for. Why is this store open if it's not being of good service to our community?! Edit: the employees feel empowered being rude because they know there are no consequences for their actions.

If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. This Aarons provided me the absolute worst experience in customer service I have ever experienced. I was given false information on availability multiple times over the phone and in person. The associates behind the counter were extremely short and seemed as though they didn’t want to help me with my requests. On delivery day, they went to the wrong address and then said it was my fault because I entered the address incorrectly. All the while, my lease agreement had the correct address. The regional manager did not make it any better. His attitude is horrible and was still unwilling to accommodate my delivery that day unless I did a new contract and accused me of submitting a shady application due to my new last name. I ultimately cancelled my order and went with rent a center instead. Additionally, Aaron’s has been trying to take $150 out of my account, multiple times a day for the past couple of days - stating it’s for my delivery and furniture, WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED!! I feel the regional manager did this on purpose as his attitude with me was completely disrespectful for no reason at all and he was mad that I wanted to cancel. As an unhappy customer I expected him to try and make it right but he did not care. I’ve filed complaints with corporate about them trying to take all this money and I have no merchandise. Will see what happens. But DO NOT rent from this AARONS! Please. Go to rent a center on Lenox and ask for Lewis. He is amazing and will take care of you.

Horrible service asked them to constantly bring my 50 inch tv they also was supposed to pick up this bedroom set because they said I never made the payment spoke to Dominic and she was very helpful but everyone else ?????

Aaron's are scammers don't order nothing from them you will regret it they sell you defected everything being in the club is fake they just taking your money when your appliance or anything breaks they are never going to fix it they been lying to me for three months now my washer and dryer is still broken no one never comes to get it to fix it they done told me so many lies it's pathetic they have people writing good reviews for them they are a horror story which is true I was a good customer and they robbed me if you know like me don't let this happen to you I'm stuck with a problem of being their customer for three years they are nothing but liars I'm going to take them to court and sue them for all my money back that they took don't believe the hype

Really horrible communication. I was having trouble starting a lease online, apparently my identity couldn’t be verified even though I’m not a new customer. Was constantly brushed off my customer support, and told to call the store.
I called in like they said, and again, I was dismissed after explaining. They told me to do it online and there was nothing that could be done over phone
I’ll say this was meant to happen, as I found the item Aarons wanted to charge me $1K for, on Amazon for $300…Them pushing me away worked out in the end.
Please look around before even putting yourself through a headache with these people.
