Aaron's are scammers don't order nothing from them you will regret it they sell you defected everything being in the club is fake they just taking your money when your appliance or anything breaks they are never going to fix it they been lying to me for three months now my washer and dryer is still broken no one never comes to get it to fix it they done told me so many lies it's pathetic they have people writing good reviews for them they are a horror story which is true I was a good customer and they robbed me if you know like me don't let this happen to you I'm stuck with a problem of being their customer for three years they are nothing but liars I'm going to take them to court and sue them for all my money back that they took don't believe the hype

Really horrible communication. I was having trouble starting a lease online, apparently my identity couldn’t be verified even though I’m not a new customer. Was constantly brushed off my customer support, and told to call the store.I called in like they said, and again, I was dismissed after explaining. They told me to do it online and there was nothing that could be done over phoneI’ll say this was meant to happen, as I found the item Aarons wanted to charge me $1K for, on Amazon for $300…Them pushing me away worked out in the end.Please look around before even putting yourself through a headache with these people.

All the negative comments about this store is true. I didn’t believe it until I experienced it myself the rudeness and lack of care is disgusting. The company should focus on training their employees on how customer service works!

I had beds bugs inside my mattress it was the scariest thing ever their was a nest and I know it’s from this store because I order online and never experienced anything like that I’m traumatized please no one purchase any items from this store

Don't bother with doing business with this store. Rude staff. The girl who answers the phone is really rude. They answer the phone and leave you on hold with no intention to come back to the call. Then when you hang up to call back they won't pick up the phone when they see your number calling back. I know, I called them back with my number blocked and magically the rude girl who answers the phone picks up on the 2nd ring. Really sad that they do that. Then when you say something about leaving you on hold the girl gets very nasty and rude and then hangs up on you. Go to Rent-A-Center to get your rent to own needs

I am a single mother with two children, I just had surgery and I cannot move from my house for the next 6 weeks, a week ago the refrigerator in my house broke and since I cannot move for now I decided to look online option to order a new one, I found a good offer with Aaron's so although I had never ordered anything with them I decided to try, I asked for the fridge, then I called the number that appears online to confirm my order and they very kindly give me the information of the branch that would take my order and they would bring the fridge, when I call looking for more guidance because it is my first time about what are the steps to follow they arrogantly tell me that since I made the order online I have to wait longer than usual because that they did not have the item or delivery at that time, they finally called me two days ago to let me know that today they were going to bring the refrigerator, the people who bring the delivery go up to my house without the refrigerator and see the space, I explain the situation and they tell me that they are going to the truck to get the fridge but after 40 minutes I see that they do not return, they leave the front door to my house wide open and they do not notify me anything, when I call the branch they answer me with Very bad attitude and rudely, they defend the delivery people for not doing their job and they treated me badly. For my part, I better order at Rent-A-Car that I have done business with in the past and although they are a little more expensive at least they have better customer service.

I have made an order for the past week and half and they told me my washer and dryer will be in last Friday and when I call Friday after several times calling the guy tells me that the person who told me that I will get it Friday no longer works there and that it will be in the truck today. I am calling the store, keep calling and calling and no answer. Someone finally picked up and act like they can’t hear me and hunged up, called right away and still no answer. If I am buying merchandise I am expecting good customer service. It is very hard to reach someone in the store.

I highly recommend Aron's for anything and everything you may need for your home or on the go! Great customer service outstanding delivery next day you can see me in video how happy I was being approved fast and great weekly/monthly payment in my case thank you Aron's and Dominic for making us feel like family and big shout out to their delivery drivers for being so helpful and making sure everything was setup and for being even more Awesome to return right back to adjust volume for me I'm deaf in one ear he was more than happy to help.

Fire the WHOLEEEEE STAFFF!!! They're ignorant, rude, unprofessional... the so called "managers" are ridiculous and just nasty. They always have an attitude and talk to you like you're an inconvenience. I've waited ALL WEEK for a delivery that i never received. Then when i call to just cancel everything, this lady is going to tell me that my order was already cancelled last week!!!?? Huh??? Like and no one thought to tell me that this entire week? Mind you I've been calling the store EVERYDAY to give them Information they asked me for. They're horrible, they have to go!

DISRESPECTFUL employees!!! If i can give them 0 stars i would… and the ONLY reason why i didn’t go with rent a center is because this couch was cheaper… but the customer service is NON EXISTENT!! The employees are rude!

this Aaron on 3rd ave The Bronx is horrible. I was late on ONE payment and Rafael whoever he is was really nasty about it mind you I now own a washer machine from them and it broke and they never came to repair while I had insurance it. they waited till my insurance finish to tell me that it wasn't covered for insurance anymore but I requested a repair 3 month before my insurance ended. I will never refer anybody to this store.

Rude and horrible customer service. Overpriced leases and god forbid you miss one payment they send out a bounty to come to you and they pull up like they looking for a fight. Take your business elsewhere!
