Alexis was amazing. The shoe I wanted was not in stock. She suggested I order online but I informed her I needed the shoes today because I was leaving for vacation today. She re.e.bered she had another style in the back last pair my size.

I had an amazing experience with Lexi at Aldos located at The Mall At Bay Plaza. I had visited multiple stores in the mall, and no one was able to help me, all I got was “check over there”, Lexi helped my 10-year-old daughter pick out shoes for her first school dance, and I couldn't be more impressed with her service. Lexi went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special. She took the time to show her purses, sunglasses, and made fantastic recommendations for shoe accessories. Lexi's kindness and expertise truly made our day. Highly recommend!

When I visited this Aldo at Bay Plaza Dominique and Juan, helped me with everything. They were super friendly and patient and with an incredible level of customer service although I am undecided, they made me feel very good. I left happy with my purchase and ready to return to this store.
