Amazing customer service, they helped me find a couch and they pleasure me. I will definitely come back the owner even came and gave me a free BMW m3. They even gave me free pizza.

My girlfriend and I was doing laundry. So scarfs on our heads. We walk in the furniture store to kill time while clothes dry. Not only did the workers ignore us. They whispered Spanish to watch us. Everything is to heavy to steal. So my homegirl replied in Spanish. Ooh the shock in their faces. For what a lot of people speak different languages. A week later we are passing by fully dressed to go downtown. 2nd time in this storethe guy stayed on the phone at least 35 min while I walked around alone looking for help.

Ordered from Alexis Furniture 51-55 E. 125th St. two years ago and paid for delivery. Once they got to my apt. they refused to bring the one piece of furniture up the stairs unless I gave them more money. Called the company and they said I had to give the delivery guys more money even though I paid for delivery. A tip did not suffice. They refused to take furniture upto my apt. if I didn't give them more money. Years later, thinking it was a one- off, I made the mistake of ordering from them again. This time made sure to ask if there'd be any extra fees for delivering to a walk up. The salesman Felix said no, the delivery fee is all I needed to pay. Needless to say the same thing happened. They were not going to bring furniture up unless I paid them money on the spot. And you can't return the furniture after purchase so I had no choice but to pay more money. Plus they got delivery days wrong. Delivered on a day I wasn't home, then next delivered on a day they said that they couldn't. I just happened to be home and an unknown number kept ringing my phone and not leaving a voice message. Then the co. called and said they're trying to deliver the furniture which I said you told me you couldn't deliver today. Called the number back within two minutes and the guy said they left. After two minutes? Company had to beg them to come back. Then the furniture was scratched up once I unwrapped it. And the quality is cheaply made. Awful communication, lack of professionalism, unscrupulous and scammers. Horrible company to do business with. Tried to support a local business but you'd be better off ordering furniture online with reputable companies. Quality, upscale furniture you can return if unsatisfied and not be scammed into paying double for delivery fees.

Terrible customer service. I called about 1 month ago to get a quote on dining room chairs, I was told to send a picture of the chairs through text. Like I said it's been 1 month still waiting for a reply. I just got off the phone to get an update and I was told she's too busy to call back later and hung up on me. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Horrible customer service, everything was great when I was at the store but once I paid and left, no one is available to speak. I purchased over 3,000 dollars in furniture and now no one picks up the phone to let me know when my items are supposed to be delivered. I have been calling since last week and I live out of state. Now I need to make the trip back to NY to return to the store to request a refund.

Avoid these people, I went to the store and placed an order. They priced me a sofa for $1,200. I went online and on their own website and the sofa was half priced, I then called to cancel the order and the rep said it could not be canceled even though it wasn't delivered yet.

DONT SHOP HERE.The worst furniture ever! Quality doesn't last for more than 2 months. If you put water in the dresser the paint lifts. I lay on my bed and the bed legs move to the side. Horrible customer service. They said they were gonna come fix their horrible excuse of furniture and they never show up. If you want cheap quality furniture for the price of what their furniture is, this is the place to shop. And let's not mention how they lied on my dispute and said that I refused for Them to come and fix the furniture when I called out 4 times waiting all day and calling just for them to tell me Carmen will call me back ( she never did and the one time she did she said she'll send someone again and guess what no show AGAIN ) also They lied on the dispute & said I put acetone on the dresser when 1. They never came to see for themselves 2. I told them I had a cup of water on the dresser for nomore than 5 minutes then boom cheap paint lifting off the dresser. They told me I had a whole year warranty when I purchased the furniture to only fell me after months after me first complaining about their defective furniture. Meanwhile when I first made a complaint to CARMEN in address 51-55 125st NEW YORK NY, the manager I had nomore than a month with this horrible choice of furniture. They never sent anyone to fix my furniture after just one month of me having it and kept saying they were gonna send someone for the next three months now their saying I'm no longer qualified cause I had 90 days with their furniture meanwhile that wasn't what CARMEN SAID she sold me a whole bunch of lies including that I had a whole year warranty ! SET UP! ALEXIS FURNITURE = CHEAP AND POOR QUALITY ALSO UNPROFESSIONAL UNEDUCATED EMPLOYEES! Don't waste your money , you will be disappointed buying pretty furniture that won't last more than a month. Expensive and just not worth the money ! GO ELSE WHERE!

They are not honest about there products, they lower you into a scam and mess up your credit just to get a sale there prices are way over price I don’t recommend this furniture store at all horrible experience.

Very bad quality I bought a sectional sofa (a leather sectional)and 18 months after and is already rip,I called to asked about what can they do about it and Ana the sales person just said they can't do anything about it.Not a goo place to buy anything.
