Lost a customer, from years. i just noticed i was given someone elses clothes from three months ago under my name, Now i hope they have my new set of clothes. I have been calling them and do not pick up. So upset for this now. I called the person who's cloth i have and she said this cleaners said they cant find her clothes. This is no good business. Lets see what happens today when i return this person clothes today!

where is the no star option? Do not go here, these are amateur tailors that couldn't finish the introductory course level. I asked for my pants to be narrowed down and to cut off an inch in length. Not to be overly stereotypical, but I got in return uneven high water pants (Dominicans are known for wearing high-water pants/jeans). I know you guys want to make this new place, NYC, feel like home but you're trying too damn hard. Do Not Come here, the chick is unpleasant also. It's like a bad deadpan nickelodeon show when you enter to this "business" You've been warned.
