I had so many issues with my account and only person who was so nice generous and willing to sit there and help us was Ram Persaud he was attentive nice understanding of my issue with my account I just want to say thank you so much for your time with me and helping me clear my issues
I would definitely recommend him to other co workers love applebank happy to be part of banking with them Ram Persaud was amazing in making me understand and explained everything to me

For the first time in his life, My friend Melvin was late on a rent check because This apple bank was unable to call him at home to verify the check. He anticipated the problem and tried calling in every day to tell them... This did not help him one bit. They should have taken down his details and allowed the check to pass. Now he has to pay a late fee.Part of the problem is the insistence to work with a specific banker. When that banker is busy or away or on vacation, you can’t do anything.

I had such a bad experience today with an issue with my card and it took a young lady by the name Julliette who actually took the time to listen and assist with the issue. The Mgr of my Branch was also helpful but he failed liked the past agents I got on the phone to look at the real issue and solve it. He provided me with a quick fix but it was not a longterm solution until Julliette told me what the problem was an corrected it. People in customer service can't always relay on their eyes they have to dig deeper when a customer complains. No one wants to be bothered about their monies.to look

I been coming to apple bank since I was a little girl and my grandmothers been coming here for a very long time, this is a very good bank and the workers are very welcome and nice to all of the customers that comes to apple bank. So I never had an issue with this bank.
