I am very disappointed with Ms. Jacqueline Romerio at the Parkchester location. She displays bias towards her own people and is unprofessional in her work. She only helps certain individuals based on her preferences and is often unclear in her assistance.
During today's visit, despite presenting my ID and providing all necessary information, she insisted on further verifying my identity. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes and shuffled from one place to another without receiving any help. People who came after me all got the help they needed. I was neither disrespectful nor anything towards her or anyone. She treats me this manner because I'm Muslim.
I have been visiting this branch weekly and checking my locker, and I've made significant purchases using this bank without any issues. I usually avoid making complaints, but I cannot overlook the way she treats people.

Manager Jaqueline treated me very nice but teller Lorna was rude. The manager helped and got my money thanks to her I’ll keep my account at Apple bank.

The experience was brought to a four versus a three start review because of the interaction I had with the assist branch manager SCARLET RAMIREZ. She was instrumental in helping me secure the proper documentation for POA for a family member - and then proceeded to answer all pertinent questions the last 9 months when I needed insight. Lastly she also provided me with detailed information relevant to an processes of an account - and I just appreciated her genuine character making the consumer feel like they truly come first!

Crappie bank I’ve always had an issue with they don’t reach out to you when there is an issue that needs to addressed. The worst bank I’ve ever banked with and Jaqueline Romero Reyes was of no help she didn’t make me feel like she even cared about what happened to my account that branch should be closed down. I won’t ever bank with them again and anyone else who does good luck.

Came to this bank on my way home to Queens, they were super busy but my experience was top tier. Manuel, the banking representative was efficient and very knowledgeable on all the banking programs available. I was in and out in less than the time I expected. The entire branch followed Covid protocols and the areas were all sanitized before and after all customers used the desk/counters. I am immune compromised and this is a big deal for me.

So, recently I visited this branch at Hugh Grant circle in the Bronx because I needed a notary. I added my name on the clipboard and I patiently waited for assistance. It wasn't until 45 minutes later that I was told to go next door to a supermarket to see a notary there because I heard the female notary telling another female CSR that I just have to wait and it'll be a while before she can assist me. This notary couldn't even look at me nor did she apologize for me waiting so long. Talk about being rude and unprofessional but she also lacked common courtesy not to mention good looks. She needs her human race card revoked. No wonder I don't have an account at this bank.

Had to wait 30+ minutes to make a 2 minute transaction. It’s ridiculous. They should have an express lane or something in this case for simple transactions. I do admit that there were way more people today but even when there’s only been 2/3 people on the line, they take forever.
