Services are absolutely trash I had to come here several times to sort out the same issue with one of the cards. Other banks you’d never have to go thru this nonesense.

I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Apple Bank. After requesting a cash withdrawal, the branch manager contacted the district manager, Mari, and they proceeded to freeze my account without notice. I was left without access to my own funds for an entire weekend.
When I returned to the branch, I was denied cash and instead issued a bank check. I was later informed that my account would be closed, allegedly because I contacted the Better Business Bureau to report the issue. This action felt retaliatory and discriminatory, and completely unprofessional.
Apple Bank treated me as if the money I deposited wasn’t mine. No customer should be treated this way. I strongly caution anyone considering this bank—do not bank here if you expect fair treatment, transparency, or access to your own funds.I was a customer for over 10 years!

Never has enough tellers on hand. The ones available are not the most pleasant or helpful. The customer service area always looks like a ghost town. Whsts the purpose of this branch? I stopped going there and travel to co op city instead. A better more pleasant helpful branch.

My work associate lost his card and was given the complete run around in order to get a replacement card. Many calls were made and quite a bit of time. Not GOD customer service at all.......

They have people who can not count money properly and take their sweet time bank teller is very slow with one person for more than 10 minutes and only one person works at this location

If I could give this Bank 0 stars I would There refused to cash a check for me made out the cash and I feel like I was being discriminated against I had somebody come here with a check mean out the cash 2 weeks ago and they cast you with no problem The lady told me I couldn't cash a check made out the cash unless I had an account with them

I'm using my son's cell phone. My son, Richard Athans, died on Oct 29, 2021. His friend, Edward Heyliger, was feeding his 2 cats and my catbecause we both were in nursing homes temporarilyHe gave Edward my keys and his keys to our apartments and mailboxes.He stoled from my checking account over 5,000.00dollars. I put in a claim with Apple Bank's claims department. They didn't approve the claim becausethey claimed that i gave Edward permission to use my account which was not true. My son was staying at my apartment so my pocketbook was on my kitchen table which i had my atm card & pin number in my wallet. Edward took my atm card & pin numberand took out money in November from Wells Fargo bank also from TD bank which was my son's bank &used my apple bank to withdraw my money.He also charged some things on my ctedit cards.One credit card he charged over 1400.00 dollars which they credited. If they had a rating of zero i would have given them a zero. Apple bank did notwant to give me back the money so the police said they could not do anything to help me find EdwardHeylidger. Apple Bank is the worst bank. I am going to change my bank to TD bank.Paula Worshoufsky

The westchester square branch, Customer service is the worst.They are very slow,I walked in 11:45am, left 1:50pm and still wasn't seen by anyone.
