Employees have attitude when you ask them to go downstairs to open your box. And you have to wait for a long period so you can have access to your box, The bank need to hire a person to stay downstairs. I think i will cancel my membership if this service continues like this.

Have been using apple bank for many years. Since meeting a customer service representative named Arlingrid Valentin, I have been completely satisfied with her helpful knowledge on banking services. Many, that I was not aware of became a stepping stone in guiding me through investment deals. If not for the guidance of both, Ms. Lugo and Ms. Valentin, I would be at another bank. Thank you both.

On 11/30/23 I conducted a transaction at this location. Everything was going wrong for me that day, and apparently for the Manager Mr. Escobosa on this day. While waiting on Mr. Escobosa to help me with my matter, there was some lady acting out of hand, and I was truly delighted to see Mr. Escobosa maintain his composure although this lady was giving him every reason for him to get out of character, with her loud and rude behavior. I was so upset over everything I was experiencing and Mr. Escobosa in a very compassionate and understanding way, explained the process and procedure of my transaction. He transitioned seamlessly between the rude lady and my upset and crying behavior. Due to all my mishaps on that day, by the time I returned to the bank, time was running against us. I live a few hours away and Mr. Escobosa worked diligently despite upper management possibly not being available to approve my process on the same day and close to the end of business day. I explained to Mr. Escobosa that I had nowhere to stay at in the city and Mr. Escobosa went above and beyond to help me. Everything was approved and I have no words to express my level of satisfaction with Mr. Escobosa and Ms. Whittle. Great teamwork. Due to their diligence, I was able to conduct my transaction which normally takes 2-3 days to complete, but with their excellent and case-by-case, understanding, customer service skills, while Mr. Escobosa and Ms. Whittle is around, this will be my go to bank for any major bank transaction. One teller smh so I had to wait in line for 10 minutes mine you it’s 3 tellers so why is only one working it’s about 4 bankers and it’s one person ahead everyone just talking not talking customer . This location is horrible customer service.

This isn't my personal bank. I visited this location because I was depositing cash into a family member's account. They are incredibly slow. I would not open an account.

One of the worse, very ignorant people, supposedly to open a saving account is required you to live in the same borough, is ridiculous but by same time have office all around 5 boroughs. They don’t want my business there. Don’t go to this bank. This is the representative that attend me, as per bank policy can’t open an account outside of my borough.

The workers here are incapable of doing anything, all ignorant , costumer service sucks definitely from the account manager ! After depositing my check she allowed me to withdrawal some of the funds then accused is for being fraudulent. She’s a weirdo kept lying about who disabled my account . Then once all my funds was verified SHE reversed it then closed my account LIKE A WEIRDO ! Save your time and just walk past this bank
