The workers are kind but it's only always just a few working. The wait to see someone is about 40 minutes. Workers are always talking to much.

I love this Apple Bank it's never crowded go and get the best service. The tellesr are really friendly too. And nice in quiet in there.

People here have very nice when ever I come in. ATM are not 24/7. Even if they have a sign that says that, they had to lock it up because Homeless/crackheads be sleeping in the lobby. Dont go to this area after 6pm. Very bad area ?, always something going on in the crackhead area ? bank is in the wrong place.

The bank is unreliable, they recorded my cell phone incorrectly in their system so I wasn't able to do any online banking because you always have to do verification through your phone. I went to the branch to correct it because I was told this would be done instantly; five days later the error was still there. They also closed my local branch one time because someone tested positive for covid, but they didnt notify anyone.

It used to good, but now it's just unbearable. The lines are always long, and there's usually only 2 employees working. And they move really slow, too. Also, they run out of deposit slips often.

I dont know if its the area it's located in but its a very cluttered uncomfortable environment and the customer service could be better

This place is truly horrible! On two tellers at the window with 20 people on the line. And to top it off the customers service sucks . I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN.
