Guy on the left (red shirt) no name tag making up rules for returning eligible iphone and wont accept it because he says so and giving headache to my dad. Talks to his other members and finally agrees to apples rules after waiting an hour.

I made appointment for 115. I got there about at 12 o’clock. The technician told me that there was no way that they can see me early if I wanted to do another appointment will take two hours so I decided to stick with my original appointment for 1:15. I went back at 1:15 and talk to the technician and she told you’ll have to wait additional 10 to 15 I said ok and ended up waiting about 20 minutes before I just left, because my anxiety started to kick in the technician who I spoke to in the beginning, was very unfriendly and very unprofessional I decided to leave and I also let them know that the customer service that they gave was horrible release I give them 20 more minutes and then I’ll be up. What’s the point of me having a time if they’re not going to see me right away I left because I started to get very upset

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My iPhone randomly shut off and wouldn’t charge/turn on at all. I went to the store on Thursday at 8:00 pm. The specialist at the front asked if I needed help. I explained the issue with my phone and he told me that it was 8 pm and they closed at 9 so they probably wouldn’t be able to help me tonight but that I should walk over to the two managers standing nearby. I walked over to the two women hoping they would help. When I explained that my phone randomly shut off a few hours prior and I couldn’t get it to turn back on, she told me that they had no appointments and I could come back the following day but they wouldn’t be able to guarantee that I’d be seen bc they had no appointments available until later that weekend or that I could go to the 24 hour store in Manhattan. As someone with a toddler and a job, it was not feasible for me to 1) go to the 24 hour store at this time at night 2) be without a phone for 2 days. They told me those were the only two options available. Thankfully, I went home and decided to call apple support from my neighbors phone. The support person instructed me to press the volume up button, then the volume down button, and then hold the side button until the apple logo came on. This literally took no more than 5 seconds and my phone is now working.It’s ridiculous that I took time to go into an apple STORE, spoke to three employees (2 of whom were managers) and none of them were willing to try this option. I guess they close at 9 but actually stop working at 8? Such a waste of time. Glad I didn’t take a trip all the way down to the 24 hour Apple Store for something that was going to take them 5 seconds to do. Clearly, apple employees don’t care about anyone’s time but their own. Poor customer service, do not recommend.

Terrible experience. Just came to pick up my online order in trade in my phone, ended up paying for it twice because the person handling the trade in made a mistake. Then after going to another store having them get in contact with this store to which they were supposed to return the online order they made a mistake again and cancelled the trade in. This store will make you pay for the same item 3 or 4 times. If they don’t resolve this within the next two days I will call the police to report the items stollen.

If you’re coming to pick up, know it’s a little chaotic. First - be sure you check in with someone. (One person will tell u to do that first, but maybe another day they’ll be doing it differently - who knows. It’s not well organized or communicated.) Then get in line. You may have to find the person to check you in, but they’ll be lingering around.It’s not well organized, as the reviews reflect. But the line moves quickly enough.

It is an absolute disgrace to Apple and their brand that they have employees here walking around that do not provide adequate customer service. Literally over half of the employees are completely unapproachable and have a disgusting demeanor, attitude, and overall presentation. They are clearly here for the money only and whatever discounts Apple has to offer. One employee in particular acts like he owns the place and treats women way more favorably over men. Please act like a real and responsible employee and man, do your job, and don't be upset because you are not where you want to be in life and thus take it out on other people. Over 5 hours for a simple battery replacement for an iPhone. Only to get my phone back with a big crack in the side of the screen and not even fully charged in terms of battery. I suggest Apple carefully screens their employees and actually employ people who care about provide top-quality customer service. Never returning!

This is a very high price store and I believe that they could do better in organized the location. Clean more frequently. Of you see the display they have finger print all over . Spanish speaker are much needed. I saw a person that only spoke Spanish having trouble communicating.

All floor sales should be on a pip plan or whatever plan to fire staff on the bottom churn. Absolutely worst apple store in the area. How can you offer to sell someone a case but not have staff willing to assist in setting up the new phone. Spending more than $900 and not willing to assist with setup is crazy. Go to ridge hill in Westchester, take the trip to any apple store in Manhattan. DO NOT under any circumstances go this store.

I went there to do a battery replacement for my iPhone, my appointment was scheduled for 5:15pm but I wasn’t seen till5:45. They took my phone and told me to come back at 7:30pm. When I came back the time they told me, I was told the phone wasn’t ready and to give them a additional 30mins which was suppose to be 8:00pm. 8:30 past no one came to speak to me so I asked one of the workers what is happening. I was told the phone is charging and they would bring it in 10mins. 8:55pm I was still waiting on my phone. I was also suppose to purchase a new phone so I could switch my info from my old phone to the new and I was told I could no longer do that because they were closing. The manager said she couldn’t accommodate me because the time at past. It wasn’t my fault they took so long and made the time past. I got my phone back at 9:10pm and my phone was on 15% when I was told that the reason I was waiting was because the phone was charging. And the took my screen protector off and didn’t bother to put it back on correctly

Normally, I pick up from the Upper West Side store, but it was not available and the next option was Bay Plaza. I can guarantee you I will never go to that store again. I was ignored for a while while floating around then this lady signals me to come forward and I proceed to tell her I am picking up an order. She does not greet or addresses me other than what do you need? Once I provide my information and ID she hands me the phone. She never responded to my thank you, she never suggested or asked if I needed help or if I was interested in purchasing a case, which I ended up buying from a little store in the Mall. Had this representative being more professional or human I would have spent a lot more money there. I will go where my business is appreciated!

Just want to say Travis is amazing . His customer service skills are impeccable. His desire to go above and beyond is outstanding. Recommend anyone coming to the apple store in bay plaza to see him for assistance.

I don't know what was wrong with the manager when I went last week to get my Apple watch fixed, but she hated the fact that I had questions. She got irate when I wanted to ask something, and then two hours later, my watch was messed up after we were told to come back so they had to send it in. She never even said her name she didn't do it a nice guy name Tito did it props to him he was really sweet and said to come back Saturday. Saturday was yesterday came in my watch is off I go to put on the band one of the girls Anna helped me but before I could turn on the watch she was like sign here sign here. She should have made sure my device was able to get connected to my phone. But nope she just booked it away.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. I went in with a broken MacBook screen and Bianca provided me with the best customer service. Absolutely love her she deserves the fattest raise.
