Scott and Jerry are both thieves and crooks! They both work hand in hand to rob customers of their hard earned money. instead of helping customers actually fix their cars in an honest way. I would advise people not to go there, unless they want to be robbed and deceived. I had my car towed to their shop to reprogram the throttle body computer on my 2009 Audi Q5 which Scott said would cost $175. My car sat in the shop for over a month, and misteriously came back with multiple codes that needed to be fixed before the check engine light would go away. Over $5000 later, my car still has the codes. Jerry convinced me to change the entire throttle body, which they said cost $881, plus labor. They kept the old throttle body, claiming they had to exchange it for the new one, which turned out not to be an original OEM Audi part. Then they would tell me one price on paper, then charge me more when it was time to pay, and I have the receipts to prove it. Eventually, I had to take my car to a different shop to get it fixed because they kept robbing me, claiming false codes that didn't previously exist. They made me pay for parts and labor, and replaced parts on my car that didn't actually need replacement. And this is only the tip of the iceberg. Jerry purposely loosened some screws in my gear box, and charged me over $1000 to tighten them, because he claimed that he had to redo the entire job that the previous shop had did to my car. That's when I decided to take my car to a different mechanic. So for those wise people that like to read reviews before getting their hands dirty, if you want honest work done to your car, and consistent pricing, Armory Auto shop and repair is not the shop you want to go to. Especially if you're leaving your car overnight. They seem honest and caring, even genuine, until drop your car off to them. WARNING ⚠️⚠️⚠️, Stay away from Scott's Armory Auto shop.
