I don’t usually go to buy meat, but the one time I went to buy thick sliced bacon, I got home and opened it, it was sticky and I think it was starting to go bad.

The staff acted as if they were doing you a favor instead of being appreciative of me spending my money there. Only Spanish people working there. Very rude of them to be speaking Spanish in front of me while I was checking out. No hello or thank you from anyone during the entire time I was there. Spend your money elsewhere because these people deserve to go out of business.

I had a very disappointing experience at this supermarket. I noticed that a bag of rice was already damaged and decided to inform the staff so it could be addressed. Initially, the person I spoke to was friendly, but their attitude quickly changed. Instead of appreciating my effort to point out the issue, I was unfairly blamed for causing the damage. This same staff member is usually near the rice bag area. please address him.
I was shocked by how unprofessional and accusatory the treatment was, especially since I was trying to help. It left a bad impression of how customers are treated here. I hope the management takes steps to train staff on handling situations with respect and fairness.

The store allows dogs inside. They are not service dogs either. I even saw a pit bull recently. The man walked right in with his pit bull past people who worked there. We shouldn’t have to shop in fear.

I have been followed as soon as I walk in the store all the way to the register. What is the point of following a black person only when you have cameras.

I’ve been going to this supermarket for years. The workers are kind, quick and helpful. There is almost never a line when I go and if there is it goes by quick. Love this supermarket!

I just left this market. Trying to go get lunch meat and cheese from the deli. The man was not behind the corner he came from the direction of the register. After getting behind the deli corner he began to put gloves on with out washing his hands. I asked him to wash his hands. He sucked his teeth had an attitude. He asked me with a nasty sophromic voice about how much lunch meat and cheese I wanted. As he was putting the lunch meat in bags , he slammed them down on the deli corner. I told him God bless him walking away. I spoke with the manager of the store but I dont think anything will be done. They spoke about me in spanish not knowing I knew spanish as well. . Thats what really pissed me off. You switch to spanish thinking a black african american man dont know spanish. When in fact i do. I will never come to this store ever again and its roght below my condo. I suggest anyone who is visiting this location they do not. It seems its only made for Spanish speaking people.
