Be careful before you get your AT&T service from this specific store location. They cheat with customers. You will not feel it until two/ three billing cycles that you are ripped off.

They promised us that for 5 lines post paid service we have to pay $135 monthly. But first month we paid 340, 2nd month we we paid $280 and 3rd month we paid 181.50. Every month bills are coming around $400 and we have to run to their store and they apply some sort of discount ( that they never discussed when we signed up ) and tried to lower the bill but they after a certain limit they can't. So in average we end up paying around $270 instead of $135 that they promised. After this billing cycle we are moving out from this fraud to somewhere else. Folks, Don't get in their trap by their nice talk. Honestly, I think all the 5 stars are given by their friends and relatives so that with good google review they can continuously cheat with customer. I will report it to AT&T as well.

I had a fantastic experience at the AT&T store in Westchester Square, Bronx! The service was exceptional, and I can't speak highly enough about the store manager, Ahmed Amin. Ahmed and his team went above and beyond to assist me with my mobile needs. They were knowledgeable, patient, and provided me with valuable insights to make an informed decision. The store itself was well-organized and had a wide range of products and services to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this AT&T store

Great store— just switched over from T-Mobile. Smooth transition. I appreciate Ahmed and his entire team as well as Nahfiz (probably misspelling it). They’re so welcoming, friendly and engaging. Ahmed is the type that will make sure you are taken care of and satisfied. Thanks guys!!
