To whom it may concern,
I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received. I urgently needed to buy a phone due to issues with my online banking, and I relied on the store hours listed on Google Maps, which stated the store closes at 8:00 p.m. I arrived shortly after 6:50 p.m., only to find the store already closed.
There was no notice or update to the business hours online, which led me to waste a trip. Regardless of the situation, customers rely on accurate information, especially when they are in need of urgent service.
To make things worse, I was only spoken to through the closed glass door. It’s extremely important for managers to keep store hours updated on platforms like Google Maps, to post clear notices, and to treat customers with basic respect.

If visiting AT&T at Pelham Parkway, please go visit Rosa. She will give you incredible customer service. I went in to exchange or upgrade my mini 12 to the 16 Pro Max and she made the transferring of information very easy to keep every step I needed.she was more than outstanding. Thank you Rosa

The customer service was great. They have answered all my questions. Talked about the different types of phones, prices, and promotions. Overall great experience. They sold me on getting a new phone with them because I never had any other phone company other than MetroPCS. I loved the energy they gave me in this store.

Terrible experience with the customer agents in that branch. Two times I go to this branch and they don’t even bother to pull my account and directly refer me to call customer service to solve my issue. The agent even claimed that AT and T agents at BJ are lying to people regarding their expected billing and installments . After lengthy discussion, they pulled my account and her claim was false. Don’t go to that branch If you have a problem to solve!

It was horrible. I went in there knowing exactly what I wanted and the manager uncomfortably kept insisting I should upgrade my phone. I told her I just wanted service and she said she had the iPhone 14 version of the phone I had that was on sale when in fact it wasn’t the pro max and the GB we’re far less than my original phone. After she open the box I realize these weren’t things I expected prior to her opening that box and sge said pretty much there was nothing I could do because it was already opened. Very misleading and rude. She also a couple hours ago texted me from her personal phone as if she was AT&T automated system asking me the same questions you are asking me. This is harassment and unprofessional of her to take my number and contact me as if she is AT&t
