I initially went across the street from AT&T to cricket phone store but needed up at AT&T because Crickets had tower issues in the area code 10472. Not knowing AT&T and Cricket was one of the same or AT&T had brought Crickets phone store. Know one explain this to me as I was preparing to receive service from AT&T. In short I live in the area code 10472 were they towers or down and can only make phone calls to do work on my phone at home I had to buy WiFi at my house to do work because AT&T towers has been down for weeks. I mean they really could have explained this to me so I’ve lost many hours of work time from home. They know the towers or down and they are still saling people service. This is certainly false advertising and leaves me in a terrible position

I love this place because it’s walking distance from my home. I’ve been a customer for almost 25 years. They take care of me very fast. I always seem to get there when no one is there. The staff is always sweet to me. They set me up just fine. I went there Yesterday and Ericka who has been helping me for many years always greets me with a smile and helping knowledge. When I filled out the survey I made a mistake on I I meant to very satisfied. But I couldn’t change it I tried. I will always go to her when I need help she is professional and completely will explain everything to me.

Edward (I think he goes by Eddie) was beyond helpful. He was very patient with my decision making and helped guide me with my purchases. He’s very knowledgeable and welcoming. I felt like I was buying things from a friend, which speaks a lot to his character. The store’s wifi was out while we were trying to transfer my data from my old phone to my new iPhone 15…and Edward used his own personal hotspot to make sure I left happy. Give this man a raise. He is a godsend.

CUSTOMER SERVICE was great. They explained very well how to transfer contacts from the old device to the new device. Happy with my (2) S23 Ultra purchases.
