The few employees there are, the two guys are very friendly, but there are very few staff, one has to wait so long to be served, I think there should be more employees, more in the place where the store is located, it is very walkable

I figured it out!!! The employees at Bronx AT&T stores think they're at home because all they do is hang out with their friends and talk about life while we wait to be helped. The woman in front was talking about the cruise she was going on and giirrrlllll, you know what she was going to wear? I DO. I LEFT.

Diana is who helped me she was so nice and helpful. I was concerned that it would take longer but the service was quick and made me feel at home. If you go there just ask for Diana she’s the best and so patient. Big thanks to her at that location she needs a raise.

They will be billing you without reason after your plan is unlimited. I use boss revolutions to call Africa where l buy my own credit of$10.00 each time l call they brought me a huge bill. I paid for my phone and cancelled my service with them. Just this month the have debited my bank account again. You call them they tell you stored. I am on the way to their office

Even though it's a small store, it's filled with great representatives!!! Julio was great and well knowledge in his field. They have a great selection of AT&T phones in stock. I highly recommend this location for ALL YOUR AT&T needs!!!
