If I as a costumer getting an upgrade or new phone and have to be at the store for about 3 hours, why i cant use the restroom if i am your costumer. Imagine if all four of us where getting phones it is unfair no letting my daughter use the restroom, at the same time you lost two costumers ( my daughter and my son's girlfriend). No way to do business

If you come here. What to expect. Poor service, confusion, and some employees lie to customers or hide in the office. And it won’t come out until you leave. Only the one male the took care of me is the best. Otherwise be aware!

Switched from Tmobile to At&T after 5 years Tmobile wouldn’t let me upgrade and my husband and I were helped greatly by Kianie! We both got 2 new 15 pro max’s and Kianie made the switch as painless as possible. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a new telephone company service! She’s so polite and she’s very knowledgeable! If I could give her 10 stars I would!
