Jazmine was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone who has to go to AT&T to visit this location. A+ experience, starting with the fact that they're are open until 9pm. The flexible hours meant that I didn't have to run over after work.
I came to trade in my iPhone and upgrade to a new one. Jazmine walked me through my options and guided me step by step to make sure all my data was successfully transferred over to my new phone. She even made sure the charger I currently have was compatible with the new phone. The best part was I was out the door in less than 30 minutes! I will definitely return to the Bay Plaza store for all of my future AT&T needs.

Thanks to jasmin she was very patient very intelligent although I was a little bit mad she showed no negative feedback it took a little while, but she surely have me leaving the store with my desire thank you jasmin

Came in to trade-in my old IPhone 11. Lorenzo was very helpful and made the process quick and easy. I was in and out of the door in like 3 minutes. 10/10👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I was immediately greeted by Christy upon my entering the store. I explained what my problem was with my service and she began to troubleshoot my phone. Within 5 minutes she had it all straightened out. Previously I had spoken to customer service who couldn’t figure out what was wrong and had a chat session on the company website which couldn’t correct my problem. Thank you Christy for your expertise and GREAT customer service.

5 stars all day! Many thanks to Christy for her excellent customer service and to the rest of the team for creating a welcoming atmosphere. I was there for a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon getting my new phone set up and I appreciated how everyone checked on me.
I also witnessed a couple of team members defuse a situation with an upset customer and was impressed with how they were able to turn things around pretty quickly. This was my first time at this location and I won’t hesitate to come back for help in the future.

I stopped by yesterday, October 14, 2024 around 11am to purchase headphones. When I entered, a woman directed me to use the self checkout kiosk within the store to make my purchase as she was busy with a customer looking to get a new phone. There was another male employee who was also busy with customers. The kiosk was out of service with a message that read "see an associate for assistance with this kiosk." I told the female employee it wasn't working and she assured me she will "assist me with my purchase very soon." Four minutes later, she was still assisting the customer she was with and refused to help me out. It would have only taken about 30 seconds for her to stop what she was doing to help me with purchasing my headphones. I left the store very disgusted and I will never return. I am also going to switch over to Verizon following this horrific experience.
I don't understand how these two employees open up their store about an hour early and they both didn't even bother checking to ensure the kiosk was operational. This is a prime example of lousy, uncaring, negligent and lackadaisical customers service!
