Terrible service, I went to request an iPad and the seller was rude, he didn't even let me ask him what color I wanted it, in fact he sold me the iPad 11 Air and he didn't even give me the pencil, I don't know how they can have sellers do it.

I wanted to upgrade the person that i paid the transaction of the bill to in full gave me two options when there was a 3rd to upgrade now and she never gave us that option even when we asked about it she just told us without we even saying the phone we wanted that we had to pay a certain amount upfront or the entire phone when I checked online and spoke to a representative in both situations same thing happened all we had to pay was the sales tax and they told us that the sales rep in the store was wrong and that the option was for in store as well if I'm paying my bill and we have an option to upgrade now that we pay for on our bill to give us the right we should be presented with the option

The worse customer service I have ever seen in ANY AT&T store in the New York City region. Lazy Reps, who don't greet their customers upon entering the store. I came in today WED. May 22, 2024 at 10:30 AM. I was treated as if I was invisible, no help was offered for my tech issue. The atmosphere was very negative and unwelcoming. Whoever is the main retail sales manager here at this Third Avenue Bronx location, needs to be replaced or terminated. I will be calling customer service as well as the AREA RETAIL MANAGER, who is the manager's boss. Or Even higher I will call. Never again will I enter this location. People, do not come here!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience with this store!! The manager Kyoni and a young lady by the name of Shirley were top notch. They were patient… They were extremely friendly and I loved how insightful they were… it’s been a long time since I have experienced great customer service like this. There was even a point where we ran into some trouble and these wonderful ladies did any and everything they could to assist me! I will def recommend this location to anyone!!!!

I don’t know who is hiring the associates or the managers but there has been a severe dereliction of duty. The apathy and indifference that projected in an environment where one is seeking help, is baffling. Customer service, is the life blood of retail, yet these individuals are either trained poorly, not paid enough, or simply dislike their jobs.
