“So here is the deal. They are very trustworthy. I have used them many times. They do quality work in the Bronx. I use them for my older cars so i do not get ripped off by the dealer. The mechanic Luis is very knowledgeable and Sam and Lillian the owners are incredibly honest. Once you get to know Sam and Lillian they will take great care of you. Also in other reviews people have mentioned things missing out of their car or stolen, this is FALSE and has NEVER ever happened. I have done about 6 or 7 different repairs here and never had a problem. Thanks to S&S coachworks for their great service. They do great work.Services: Brakes”
“I've been going here for years, the service is always good but today I was upset because the guy that cleaned my car through out my parking pass. When I discovered the pass was missing from my car and I went back. It was on the ground all messed up. The manager said that it should still work. I asked him what if it didn't work and he says well there's nothing we can do about it. Fortunately, there was only seven days left on that pass. But I didn't like his I don't really care attitude.I think also that they may be under new management as the receipt has a different name on it now. The new name is Five Brothers Auto Spa & Lube.So the petty me is taking away one star.”
