I wrote a review a few weeks ago criticizing Auto Zone's free battery testing offer. I took a battery that I had purchased in July 2024 to be tested after experiencing some problems starting my car. None of the stores I stopped at could assist me. After my review, I was immediately contacted and, to make a long story short, received a new battery. I give them an A+ for their quick response.

Never buying anything here again. I'm at their parking looking where to park because there is no where to park because they have street mechanics taking up all the spots working on cars. I park in the side where the back door is at and I'm guessing it's the manager, she tells me I can't park there. I tell her there's no spots because you have street mechanics taking up all the spots working on cars. I just blocked 2 cars that she actually told me to block and just purchased what I needed. There were no customers in the store just me and another but no parking spots. Even if I'm right in front of this store I will rather drive an hour somewhere else than ever visit this location again. Horrible...really deserves 0 stars.

I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Zoe! I needed help with replacing my windshield wipers, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Zoe took the time to find the right wipers for my car and even showed me how to install them. She was patient, friendly, and made the whole process so much easier. It's rare to get such great customer service, and I truly appreciate her assistance. Thanks again, Zoe!
