Very POOR customer service. Did not want to exchange a wrong part i was given at a different location because i did not have a physical receipt even tho my purchase is under my account. Even refused to look into my account to review the part i had purchased & the one i was given

Was there today at 2:15 pm Sunday getting a simple oil drain plug for my car store was empty out of everyone the Spanish female with the glasses tried to help me but she was so busy on her cellphone talking up a storm she couldn’t even concentrate on what I was asking her for that I had to repeat myself over and over then she didn’t wanna put her phone down to go get the part I spoke to the manager he’s spaced out and didn’t bother said to go to another store worst experience that’s why people stay away from this store very unprofessional no knowledge very dirty on the outside people doing mechanic work mad oil everywhere nasty !!!!

The customer service was great, but I dreaded every minute just being in there. How could anyone work in those conditions? I applaud the employees for working through the heat. I couldn’t breathe, it was beyond hot in here. Even worse than outside. I appreciate the workers who helped me find everything I needed, but unless the heat issue is fixed I won’t be returning here for my car needs this summer.

Great workers!, horrible working conditions. I often come to the store and noticed the heat and humidity the hard working employees have to endure. They’re constantly running in and out of the heat to meet the demands of us customers and they cant even go back into an air conditioned store. Autozone needs to do better for their workers!!!!!!

Spills on the floor and garbage spilled all over outside , Staff was too busy all socializing with each other and friends that they ignored me standing there for several minutes waiting to ask for help then just told me to look in and aisle but never got up to help

Why sell me a battery, to tell me after I buy it “I’ll be seeing you again soon” in a smart way as if your worker sold me a battery that wasn’t good definitely unprofessional why sell something if it’s no good and it’s going to mess up anyways, like if 120 dollars is just some little amount of somebody’s money…smh

I went here to get a brand new battery since the dealership wanted close to $500 just to replace it and less than 30 minutes of work. I was able to get a better battery with a 3 year warranty unlike the dealership which gives you only 2 years. The employee who sold it to me was helpful enough to switch it for me. In less than 10 minutes the battery was swapped and they took the old one. It only costs me about $278.00. I'll gladly go back to this Autozone to buy stuff for my car.
