This place is horrible. I was told to buy a set of jumper cables that would work. They reassured me that it would work for the truck I asked about. Sure enough I tried it and it didn’t work. So I went to exchange for the upgraded ones and was told due to the fact I opened them and tried to use them they can not take it from me. Not only did he shut me down on exchanging them but he was very rude about it. Spanish manager with glasses. Thanks for nothing!

Outstanding Service from Jackie!
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jackie at the AutoZone on Story Avenue, and I can confidently say she went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I came in to exchange a flat fix item, and Jackie handled the process with professionalism, efficiency, and a warm, friendly attitude.

I don't give 5☆'s easily.
I needed a battery for my SUV today.
I recently had surgery and couldn't lift the old battery.
I went inside and spoke to BRYANT and he was 100% on point !!
He retrieved my old battery, brought me the new battery from the back and replaced it in my vehicle.
*He even refused a Thank you tip* Which he deserved!!
OVERALL: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AND LOCATION.

Went in today to purchase a wiper blade store was neat and organized.Employees was so greeting and Professional they was able to give me the correct wiper size and install it. Will come back again.
