The security guard wasn't securing anything but was on his phone the whole time. The cashier didn't listen at first however later decided to run the diagnosis as I initially asked of him. Service could have been better.

Do not go to this Auto zone!!! I repeat do not go!! These individuals need customer service training.. they treat you with no respect I went for batteries and they gave me the wrong one went back because it wasn’t working and they basically blew me off and told me To figure it out myself after spending nearly $300 I asked the guy outside to help me install and he said $150 to just put a battery those guys are rip offs and just want your money .. the battery was heavy for me to carry and the manager said ma”m in a Jamaican accent and said you gotta carry it yourself with no respect !! I left crying .. bc why would I deserve this type of treatment after spending my hard earned $…

Customer service is non-existent in this place go somewhere else, anywhere else. None of the employees that I spoke to knew anything about auto parts. They are only there to operate the cash register.

This place has poor customer service inside. When you call, they put you on hold for more than 10 minutes and never come back to answer your call. The staff is rude there except the security guard. The good thing about this place is, they have mechanics on site to help you with your car but for a price, as anything else!! Gave it 3 stars for convenience and mechanics on site. Other than that, I would have gave it 2 stars, just for locality of this store.

It is clear there is no customer service training in the auto zone franchise. For years I have shopped at the north avenue location in New rochelle. I called the store searching for a part, the gentleman who answered did not want to help. First he told me they don't carry the tpms sensors, then he told me they don't order the part and finally told me he couldn't find it at another store. They don't have it, all lies because I drove to the gun hill rd store and they had it. He apparently did not want my business.

The worst place to buy, I bought a battery for a Chevy express and they gave me another battery that wasn't the right one. I lost my warranty by the employees' mistake. They put a 78 battery on the bill and gave me a 79. I'm very upset about losing my money so I pay them with errors
