I have been on the phone on hold 30 minutes some girl put me on hold Hung up call back she picked up put me on hold again. This is ridiculous to be on hold hold for so long to find out if they have an air filter for my car.. guess it’s a sign don’t go there

I've gone to this auto zone so many times and it's just disappointing each time more i go. I went in looking for lights and no one helped me. I was wearing a mask so they automatically assumed I was going to steal so they sent a security to help me. The security made me buy the wrong lights. I put them on the car and they immediately burnt So I went back in the store and asked for a manager so I switched lights.They all had attitudes the person who took care of me asked me for my number and I did the switch but again it wasn't the right lights I was looking for so I waited for the next day to see if I can get the right help because the crew was not trying to get the right item for me. When I went in the next day this lady in the front was not helpful. I asked where i can find the led lights and she just pointed and had me walking all around. The manager that day was John and John also had an attitude he claimed he didn't see my transaction from yesterday when I had the receipt. The manager from yesterday was literally there listening and acted as if she didn't just see me yesterday. I don't recommend this place. They aren't helpful and don't know what they are talking about.

This place is as good as the location it's at. If you need something quick for your car try here at your own risk. They will not help because the store actually needs help. No one available to help look for a part and don't even ask about installing anything. Employees are on their phones the whole time or hiding in the back of the store. If I had the energy I would file something with the Better Business Beurou but 2025 just started and I am choosing to walk away and not look back. You should do the same

Employees in desperate need of customer service training. I went to two stores and battery testing was not available, at least that's what I was told. The places are 174 Street mall and 2460 east Tremont location.
Purchased battery in July and having issues
Getting the battery serviced. What's so difficult l purchased the battery in AutoZone.

I would give this store a zero star rating if I could. The unprofessional that was displayed here around 5p.m is unacceptable. Even before arriving there, when I called to follow up on my order the employee who answered rudely put me on hold without asking and then comes back on the line having a whole conversation with someone else. Now that I’m in the store to pickup my order no one cared to help. The mirror that I ordered in that store yesterday on 9/13/2024 with the assistance of another employee who put my car information in the computer and ORDERED THE WRONG MIRROR. I paid $12 for the shipping fee to have that mirror delivered today and I wanted to know was there anyway they could’ve accommodated to the cost of the shipping fee since I’m willing to do an exchange for the right mirror and the employee who I asked said I’ll have to ask the manager and when I asked for the manager he said he’s in Burger King on break and be back in five minutes so I stepped outside to wait since I became annoyed with the overall service. I’ve waited the five minutes and came back inside and asked has the manager returned? So one of the employees went to go get the “manager” whose name is Jimmy( mind you Jimmy was there originally when I picked up the mirror and came back inside and said this mirror doesn’t appear to be the right one ). Jimmy comes out from the back and greets me “what’s up” with attitude and when I went to correct him on his unprofessional approach, instead of rectifying the situation, he proceeds to further be unprofessional. Stating he doesn’t care if I make a complaint and it’s me who came in with a bad day and I’m like no all of your employees including you is unprofessional. I’m trying to explain to him I’m annoyed because his employee yesterday ordered the wrong mirror and when I come here to even pick up my mirror you got your employees standing around talking about smoking weed and what not. That’s a place of business that’s being run by unprofessional children. To top it off the security guard stands up to approach me after I start voicing the unprofessional behavior and tells me he’s standing up to protect the employees. I told all of them y’all have to be careful how y'all handle people because you don’t know who someone knows and how they’ll react and the security guard replies “bring whoever, I’ll show you”. Like what? Sir you’re not about that life and I told him they’ll get rid of him first as a company. The whole crew besides one employee who finalized my refund was unprofessional. Regional Martinez needs to correct her store here!

I spent 6x more time waiting on the phone than actually being helped and to put that into perspective, I've once waited for 30 mins. I've waited so long on the phone that I drove 20 mins to the place and saw the person who had me on hold, not doing anything. Always could never find parking due to the tremendous amount of people working on cars in parking lot. They're terrible at customer service. It is so bad, and not just here but all the autozones in the Bronx, that I would sometimes drive to New Jersey just to go to their autozone, which is much more helpful.
