This bank has the worst service. I arrive and there is no one in line and I am waiting out of nowhere one of the girls tells me that all those people who were sitting there went first and I had to wait 20 minutes like that to me. They give away the Parkin money BAD SERVICE AFTER K I MOVE FROM THE END SHE AS IF NOTHING SENDS EVERYONE TO LINE UP AND MYSELF LEAVES ME LAST K CHARLATAN IS

If you want to lose your time and have a terrible experience, then this is the place for you. Terrible costumer service, 99% of the time the cashiers stations are close, people lack professionalism in this place, there’s no respect for the people who are shilling to receive a service here.

Can't make an appointment, they don't answer their phone and when you get there they are always late. The cashiers are rude and the staff is incompetent This is the worst Bank of America in the Bronx which is quite an accomplishment

I went to make a payment after not going to that branch for over 6 years. Same slow poor service. I switched to Chase Bank 6 years ago and no regrets. This bank needs to be closed. Poor management. One teller for 6 plus customers in lines.

HORRIBLE. Its Friday and only one teller is working and the AC is NOT. I feel bad for the employees for having to work in an airless bank but BoA PURPOSELY understaffs this location because its in the Bronx and no one cares about the Bronx, right? One teller on a Friday. 25 people in line and waiting for customer service. HORRIBLE. I’ll go to the check cashing place across the street next time.Reply to BoA reply: I don't have an account with y'all and for good reason because your service in NYC has ALWAYS been this bad even from back when I was a customer years ago. I was there to cash a check drawn on your bank and when I saw that it was drawn on your bank I instinctively knew that I would be in for a bad experience and I WAS. We would save time by y'all hiring enough staff and paying them appropriately so people would WANT to work for y'all.

This place has some of the worst customer service ever. It's very convenient to get to but on the inside they will not address you, have constant technical problems and take no accountability. I can understand things not working or starting late but to have people standing in line for over 20 minutes and not say, "I'm sorry for the wait. We'll be right with you" or some type of acknowledgment is rude and inconsiderate

The worst customer service I've ever had, in more than 8 years working with Bank of America, I made my appointment to do a wiring transfer, I ran to the agency so that the manager, Steven Flores, told me that I can't go to my appointment Because I'm 5 minutes late, and I tell him that I've always made a transfer without an appointment at the window, but the cashier Yesenia Valdez didn't want to give me the service either. people like this should not be working in this bank. Personally, I will withdraw all my money and find another bank that controls people.

Bad, don't come here to anything them get money out of the ATM, only one person on customer service and kne teller to do any transaction. Don't want to wait online Don't come here.
