Terrible bank. I was given an appointment for 22.08 at 13:00 and they didn't give me a card according to my passport, they demanded a second document, which I don't have and never had. I was with a child and lost time.no one warned me that I needed a second document, which I do not have and never had.the translator girl, who was connected to me by this person in the photo, was rude to me.Instead of spending time with the child, I lost time in the bank and also got rude

The worst bank branch of the banks in the United States of America, always one employee and tells you the bank is out of service and if there 2 employees they very rude, beggars inside the bank, the bank is dirty, even the ATM is often out of service

Beware of SCAM! Do not give them your personal info! Just got a call from this phone number, it popped up on my phone as Bank of america, but the guy was saying he is calling from Coinbase, crypto company, i guess they tryung to steal peoples crypto. Beware!

Uninformed staff. Went to deposit a check and was told by the teller with tats on his hands (didn’t get his name) I couldn’t deposit it. Called into customer service and was told he was wrong and they themselves put in a complaint against the branch! Lol.

This bank takes advantage of ppls time and consideration they claim there the only bank that takes new York ID not dmv give you an appt then don’t even honor it won’t even alert you that it needs to be rescheduled never will I ever consider having an account here. They act as if there doing brain surgery for a simple bank account ugh.

Kindly hire some good employees for this location today i had a very bad experience with an unexperienced lady name Stephanie I went to open an account , 1st she wasn't ready to work when i told her bank closing after an hour she said ok but in the middel of my appointment she told me on my face its 3PM I'm tired I can't continue you profile go home and come back again I asked her ok when I can come back she told me you missing some documents when you get those bring documents I asked what documents do I need explain plz she was like I don't know. First I thought she is joking but after 2 minutes I realized she was serious. Thn I went to white plains location and thy open my account with In 20 minutes with same documents. Plz give stephanie some more training no wonder no body goes to allerton Branch cuz of employees like Stephanie.

I have a business account with the bank. Went into cash a business check with the bank. I ask to cash the check .Was told I could only cash a personal check at the branch. I said no when I looked online it stated that you can cash a business check at the branch. She said no you cannot.I called customer service for verification they stated yes I could cash a business check at the branch. When I mentioned that I spoke with someone in customer service and was told that oh it's at our discretion if we want to cash the check or not. I don't understand how the bank determines who they would like to cash a check for.She made no effort to help me whatsoever. I proceeded to go to another Branch down the street which had someone behind the window. But when I approached I was told that she's not a teller she's just back there answering questions. Aren't the people who sit on platform there to answer questions!I don't know what's going on with this bank but I'm definitely looking for somewhere else to do my business.

Wait time here is 30min-1hr. This was post Covid19. Now they don’t even open anymore. The staff and management don’t care for customer service. Even their controls are a failure. The tellers are super noob and assistant take their sweet time to come help. Oh and there’s always beggars at the entrance door and the atm area. It’s illegal to panhandler within 10feet of a bank. They’re literally inside the ATM area.
