Horrible customer service! Long waiting lines, Employees are rude and no help! Try to call the bank no one answers. Tried calling customer service twice no answer. I haven't received a call back. Tried to deposit money and no luck due to long lines. Tried to find out information about my check that's on hold no help. Tried scheduling an appointment with a financial advisor friday and was turned away and told to return Monday ? I regret opening account with BOA first chance I get I'm switching my direct deposit to another bank. This bank does not deserve my money!

The worst costumer service I have ever seen. 30 ppl in line with a very slow teller. Few workers walking around and giggling. Unacceptable.

Unhappy with the branch on 161 courthouse is closed. I walked all the way to 149th St., third Avenue branch to find out that they short staffed and only have one teller while the manager is walking around back-and-forth. I asked to speak to her and she was unhelpful, I get my turn at the teller and I get ID and question why am I getting ID to verify that I am a bank holder I’ve been with Bank of America for 22 years the first time September 23, 2022 that I get ld. Just witness that the manager just received a big lunch so I’m confuse if the customers come first or lunch break come first. Unhappy

There is only one bank teller. Does not matter what time I go in. It’s always the same teller, but she is alone. Management acts blind to the long lines.

Today is my second worst experience in this place I think was changed but Still the same I was waiting for more than 20 min on the line out side just to get inside to make other line is just one teller I’m still waiting ?

What a terrible service! No one cares about appointment timing here. People just waiting and waiting for forever. So upset. I have never experienced this type of service anywhere.

They dont work Saturdays as march 19 2022. They have a sign at the door with the new days they work. But you call, no one answers. Nobody updates google maps, the website allows you to make appoiments online for saturdays but they dont work saturdays. No manager can update the info online. Imagine many people going on saturdays wasting time and money and no one cares. I dont understand. Is it so hard to update google maps o turning off saturdays appoinments? Think about it, it is not only clocking in and out to work in the bank, you have to understand when a situation is really a problem for many customers every week.

Bank of America is the worst bank everr!! Customer service is terrible , they never close at the time there suppose to , the teller is suppose to be open until 4 , they close earlier without any explanation, only thing that is ever open is the atm , they really need to do better , cashapp is wayy better than this waste of a bank and cashapp ain’t even a bank smh.

I appreciate this bank of America center, because they really looks out for you they will there, when there's inactive going on with your account, they will contact you right away. I been with this bank for 17 year's and never had a problem with the bank staff thank you for being at YOUR greatest hospitality management company.

worst of the worst, they never pick up the phone, you make an appointment and the day of your appointment the location is closed without any explanation, they do not leave any note informing anywhere letting know that they are going to be closed. I had an appointment at 10:00 and it was still 10:35 and they hadn't opened the bank, they make me wake up early on my only day off for nothing.
