Can't make an appointment, they don't answer their phone and when you get there they are always late. The cashiers are rude and the staff is incompetent This is the worst Bank of America in the Bronx which is quite an accomplishment

This place has some of the worst customer service ever. It's very convenient to get to but on the inside they will not address you, have constant technical problems and take no accountability. I can understand things not working or starting late but to have people standing in line for over 20 minutes and not say, "I'm sorry for the wait. We'll be right with you" or some type of acknowledgment is rude and inconsiderate

On the 2nd of February 2021, A Cashier that works at 2198 White Plains Rd, The Bronx, NY 10462, and goes by the name, IZEL. Last name i can't spell properly. She's a Spanish lady with a brown curly hair in resemblance of a telephone cord was impatient, unprofessional with customer approach, she attented to me grumpy like she didn't want to be there. I ended up. Making an error on a financial transaction I was trying to halt on my phone. Just because she was impatient to give me a few secs.

Been here 6 times and every single time there is one teller working. I am not sure the logic behind this. It is currently 9:34 am and there are 15 people waiting. I see a lot of workers walking around but no extra tellers. It can not be difficult to get extra tellers in the morning. Horrible branch.

Possibly some of the most miserable looking workers I've ever seen. Would it kill anyone to crack a smile? 2 stars because I was able to get my 2 rolls of quarters, after all. Oh, and the ATM screens do show the words "thank you".

Avoid. Manager and employees practice discriminatory banking, completely ignoring the policies of BofA. Had to file a formal complaint, and was told by the unprofessional manager that I should use a check cashing place? Huh?

They have to hire more people here. Customer service is so slow and not organized. There is no sign up paper or numbers. You go in there and wait forever. I come here to close my account here. No more waste my time.
