Just recently March 24, 2025 I stopped by this bath and bodyworks with my friend to pickup an order I placed online for In-store pickup. The employees in the actual bath and bodyworks section are sweet as a peach, however some of the employees and management in the white barn section need some training on customer service. Naturally me and my friend went to the bath and bodyworks cash registers and let the employee there know we were there for an in store pickup. She kindly referred me to the white barn section, where we were greeted my a friendly staff member restocking the shelves and cleaning up shattered glass. She said loud enough for the employee at the register to hear and the tall Caucasian man (whom I’m assuming was in management)standing next to her on the phone to hear. A few minutes pass and a customer proceeds to ask the employee at the register a question she answers and the customer proceeds to join the line behind me. Mind you the employee has her head down pretending she doesn’t see me. It wasn’t until the customer was standing behind me joined the line , that SHE DECIDED TO HELP ME. EVEN WHEN SHE HANDED ME MY BAG SHE DID IT AS IF SHE WAS DISGUSTED AND DIDN’T WANT TO ACCIDENTALLY TOUCH MY HAND. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS AND WENT TO PLENTY OF DIFFERENT BATH AND BODY WORKS NEVER ONCE RECEIVED THIS TREATMENT EVEN DURING BUSIER SEASONS LIKE CHRISTMAS. IM UTTERLY SHOCKED AND REFUSE TO SHOP THERE UNLESS HR DOES SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND URGE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO SHOP AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS. BATH AND BODYWORKS PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY ENJOY WORKING WITH PEOPLE….

Manager was very nice but a young lady had a disgusting attitude and cursed me out for no reason won’t be going back to that store she needs to find a new job since she’s so miserable there not my fault you have to restock perfumes and soap for a living go back to school and get a degree maybe you’ll be happier if you find the job you actually want to work for but thank you to the manager who handled it very well

I am no longer a fan of bath & body works they are now making their workers payback money for the mistakes that their supervisors made them do while their workers are on the register it is for the rewards if the person that is purchasing at the store does not collect their rewards the workers were told to put in any phone number show the rewards don't get waste so my daughter did so as she was told to do and now she has to pay back $900 and something dollars to bath & body works for rewards that she has put in for any number as she was told to do bath & body works it's a scam to work there and they do not care not one iota to their workers I am disgusted and appalled by their actions especially the one in the mall at Bay plaza and my daughter is not the only one there doing it to they're doing it to all their workers / employees they are ruining their lives by making them pay back mistakes that wasn't their mistakes they were told to do it and so they did and now they paying the price which is unfair

I use the plug-ins so when they are on sale I purchase multiple because they take forever to put them on sale.

I Love Bath & Body Works! The last few years I was ordering online, so I'm very happy to get back into the store. I really missed the experience. Now I get to smell all the wonderful scents & see the beautiful displays again. And the staff is very nice & helpful. I just have to be mindful to not spend All my $$$ in there! LOL Even with great sales it can be very costly.

I got the worst service at The bath and body inside Bay Plaza mall. The associate was rude, she was upset because she had to help me. Called for the supervisor, a lady came said she’s the manager. Her badge name was Romaine, she did not even try to fix the situation even after I told her how awful I felt, due to the rude associate. This manager turned her back on me. I told her I was not please with what she did she said she was done helping me so that’s why she turn her back. This manger was very aggressive her tone of voice was saying leave my store.
