I came in today this store supports scalpers and wasted my time very upset if I could give 0 stars I would, tried buying some pokemon cards and they let some scalper in front of me take everythint even tho they told me to stay in line, im making a complaint to corporate hopefully the store manager gives better training to the employees here cuz there negligent

I had an amazing experience with Michelle at this Best Buy in Riverdale. I needed a pay as you go phone for a friend who is visiting from overseas. She helped me find the right phone and set the whole thing up. I am beyond grateful for her professional and courteous manner. The staff at the door were so helpful in sending me to her. Thank you to all!

The worst service, don't buy anything here! I bought a refrigerator for one of my rental apartments, and l've been waiting a month for the delivery. I call and they give me every excuse in the book, saying they don't have enough staff to make the delivery. Today, the tenants called me from the city because of Best Buy's incompetence.
Never, ever buy anything here; there are many better options. Don't make the same mistake I did ,they cancelled the delivery 9 time

There’s literally no workers here… it’s holiday season you expect more people to be here helping customers throughout the day. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes just to purchase one laptop… they have no sense of urgency. I will be shopping at other Best Buy’s not this location don’t even bother coming here.

Horrible customer service, no help at all. Purchased a TV and it was supposed to be delivered within a week… I got it a month later. Each time they attempted a delivery they kept going to the wrong location and refused to come to the correct one because they had other deliveries to do even though it was their fault. Went in store for help and they were useless, manager was no help at all. All they suggested was to cancel the order and repurchase it without the discount I purchased the tv with. Ridiculous.

FedEx delivered my package 📦 at another location and posted fraudulent pictures online! Best Buy refused to replace or refund!

The worst service in the world. They're not friendly at all and speak to you rudely. I ordered something for pickup and it said it was ready, then I went to the location and they didn't even seem to know what they were doing. They made me wait for over an hour, supposedly for a verification. I paid for my things and it said I could pick them up, which I did to avoid spending too much time in the store, but they still made me wait. They're incredibly slow. I'd rather buy my things at another Best Buy.

Nightmare . Tried getting help with an online order. Finally someone picks up and he has no answers. Finally get my phone and a week later it's a defective piece of junk. Now I'm going to have to get another phone and redo all of my work ! Thanks for nothing ! Train your people Best Buy. Very very annoyed night now !
