Billy specializes in Toyota and Lexus and used to work for a Toyota dealership. I had a TSB on my 2008 Scion that was causing a noise related to the cam gear on startup that was not done under warranty per the Car Fax and he did the work for half of what the dealership charged. He has a shop in an old garage in the Bronx, so I did not get the loaner car and the fancy lobby to wait in. But he knows these cars. The diagnosis was done by another mechanic who advised me to go to the dealer and Billy knew about the problem, ordered the parts listed on the bulletin, and did the work for a fair price. I drove from CT to have the work done and it was worth it because of his level of expertise.

do not go here. incompetent idiot charged me for an alternator i didnt need and refused to fix the problem. stay away.
