In home blood work for my parents.
Appt scheduled for between 8-10 ( Which to begin with is ridiculous for people that have to fast). Technician ( Nadine) called after 10am to say she's on her way. At 11 I called the office, was told she's on her way, at 11:15 she calls to say she's 25 minutes away. Her excuse was she lives in Suffolk county and the earliest she can get to where I live is at 10am, but she didn't show up until 11:45.
She won't acknowledge me as I let her in. Drew the blood and left without any acknowledgement to me or my parents.
Overall very unreliable service with an attitude when patients complain

My husband is very pleased with the treatment and services .Emilio is on time ,gives one stick ,doesn't search for veins, hits his target every time.No bruising or discomfort. He has a pleasant and up beat attitude. In and out,and on time,allowing us to get on with our day.He is very knowledgable about his job and his confidence puts my husband at ease.

He came in to take my grandmother’s blood and was incredibly polite, professional, and quick. He made sure my grandma was comfortable throughout the process and didn’t cause her any discomfort. We truly appreciate his excellent work—thank you, David!
