Please be careful whenever parking in the ground floor of the parking lot, they have these guys walking around, asking to help you with your groceries and if you tell them no, because you don’t have any money, they insist on helping, on Friday a guy with his wife and small son, were packing there car, a guy can to offer his help and they told no thank you, we don’t have money, the guy kept insisting and insisting and getting closer to his van, luckily I was parked a few cars next to his and I started to yell and said out loud they said no and leave them Alone, they walked away, looking for other customers, Bjs needs to do something to protect your customers.

The Bronx is never a good place to go shopping. With that said m, BJ’s takes the bad shopping experience to all time lows. You will stand in line for no less than 30 mins. They offer “express pay,” however, not to those paying via EBT. Then, anytime you want to buy an item that is up in over stock, they will tell you straight out that it’s fend for yourself. They offer no floor staff. Right now I am in store, and I wanted to purchase around $300 worth of merch that was not in reach. No one was able to help me get the items.

If I could put a lesser star it would be placed. This is ghetto land market. So called workers will not help in finding items, they just point with their finger like a dog but even a dog is more helpful when trained. And forget about finding a shopping cart for yr items, none to be found! I then decided to use the electronic scooters, guess what? All 20 scooter were not working because none were charged. I won't be spending here again. I unfortunately had to pay the $3 parking fee for nothing. The worst!***update: went last night with a friend who needed to go, I warned her of my last experience there, well folks it just got worse: while we were exiting our car in the parking lot a guy was wandering around us, just staring and looking to see what I was taking from the car with me, my cousin then alerted me and blocked his view with her body against me and stared back at him, he then looked away and kept moving. When we finished shopping we rolled the shopping cart to our car and started placing groceries into the car and three guys surrounded us insisting that they help us and that we NEEDED help they said, my cousin quickly halted one of these men by tapping his hand to back off and not touch or take anything from our cart and said to him we're fine we don't need help, he then said but you ladies need a man to help you!, I then stared him down and said firmly no thank you! I carry spray with me and I have metal poles in the car just in case, this is why we must be prepared for unexpected nonsense as this. They then walked away. My cousin said she'll never shop there again and certainly I won't after my first incident. As were were driving away we noticed the same band of men doing this to another female while placing her groceries into her van, there were other men scattered on foot throughout this parking lot communicating with cell phones, please be aware of yr surroundings because i didnt expect this,...Btw shortage of shopping cart situation, no change.

Chaos. No structure. Weak announcements. Lack of worker awareness. This store is by far the worst shopping experience I ever had. For starters, you can never find a shopping cart and when you do find one your lucky if it works. Secondly, the items you find might not be in the SAME section the next time your there. Third, the lines are horrendous. There is no order. When your close to cashing out, people stagger between two lines and pretend that they were on the shorter line all along. They should take a page out of targets hand book and instill crowd control stanchions.Overall, if I could give this place zero stars I would.; unfortunately, there's no such option. The choice is yours to shop here, but a fair warning you have invest the majority of your day in this store and plan your day around BJs.

This place just keeps getting worse. Besides the "hopeful" chance of getting a working cart, finding one is the scavenger hunt of all time. You can also expect the looooonnnngggg waiting lines. I'm waiting longer in line to buy my products than I did shopping for them. No kind of organization, the morale of the workers is so low it is sad and it shows. But to not have any kind of structure for this so that it's not hard for the customers and especially the workers, does not make any kind of sense. I just renewed my membership a few days ago just to come in and get pre-covid lines from before. This is borderline near sadistic of a shopping experience. This location is horrible. I've been to other BJ's and it's never been this bad. Very disappointing but I think this will be my last year renewing my membership and shopping here. Please do better!!!

Many problems. Not all of us can use self checkout. The machines are useless. Sometimes he doesn't accept ? Money. Then they sent me to the front with the manager and I waited for her to tell me to go to customer service and there the poorly educated ?? acted like she didn't understand why they sent me to her. And it ends in discussion.

A regular shopper. It's a good place, it gets crowded from time to time however everyone at the place does their best to keep things moving, you can tell they're tired and exhausted. It would be good to be strict on the 15 items or less lines. Shoppers with more than 25+ items occasionally take advantage of it which causes delay on the lines. Being more strict with shoppers with more than 15 items could help with effective operations and crowd control.Overall, I like the place. Kind people who are ready to help when needed. Good team going.

According to the doorman at BJ's on 153rd in the Bronx, all of those handicapped strollers have damaged batteries, even the one I got into and I couldn't find the key either. But it turns out that my daughter found it strange and went to talk to the morning yesterday and she looked for the key and told him that he should have gone to get it for me; In the end I didn't fully understand who was to blame or responsible for the situation, I only know that BJ's must take seriously the people who are obviously disabled, as it shows to me and others like me, I hope that service improves!!!

Not worth the head ache, only good for emergencies. It's the most convenient store next to me, but I prefer to drive to farther ones for a better shopping experience. It's always crowded, long slow lines, you have to stalk other customers for shipping carts. The employees don't regulate the express lines, allowing people with full shopping carts on.
