The place is tremendously confined. But then that is not the main problem. I had to visited the place three times to get my sneakers repaired. The owner kept saying they should be ready by next week is ready which they never did. The second time I went he told me that he is going to clean both sneakers as the gesture that he didn't finish on time. After I called twice if they are ready, he told me that they are ready, and asked me why not pick up last week. When I went to pick up, he did not clean one of my sneakers, and never saying sorry for any delay. I told him I am upset because of your handling customer. He is saying if you don't like it, don't come back. He is not professional at all. I did not even like the way they repaired of my sneakers. It is so bad conducting business like that. It is too much nice to give even one star.

When to Kris to fix my daughter's bookbag zipper and purse zipper. He did an amazing job. Very sweet guy.

I got my new heels broken in, a day before I had to wear them to a wedding. Customer service was generally good and the price was very affordable. My only issue was when I went to pick up my shoes a couple hours after I dropped them off, the owner was not there. He had given me his number, so I called him. He told me that he had to go to a meeting but that he was 15 minutes away. I ended up waiting for him for over 30 minutes. That was not cool, hence the loss of a star.
