A horrible company. If I could give them a 0, I would. My mother sent a box with rice and a large oil. The box arrived almost empty. The bag of rice did not arrive, nor did the oil. What they are is a bunch of thieves and irresponsible people. I recommend. Don't make the same mistake. Let us not use this company, what they are is thieves.

Too disenchanted with this company, and its employees, the first thing they did wrong was give me the wrong box, then when they brought mine, the nutellas were missing. The box I sent to Monte Plata they took 1 rice of 50 and 2 Nutellas of the large size and with an investigation that lasted more than 12 days to the end nothing was resolved, I came out losing because according to the owner they took that away at customs. They always blame Aduna and they are cleared of charges. How helpless I truly feel, yes, and even more so because the owner herself, in a certain way, even ignorantly, told my family, because she said, be careful if your family doesn't know what Nutella is, or in other words, tell me. Honestly, I have been sending boxes for more than 12 years and I have been robbed twice, once in this company and the other in JB Shipping, which the owner also blamed customs for, and they are cleared of charges while you lose your belongings. They pay for everything with that, but they forget that one can report it and spread the word so that people realize the thefts they commit, I really am not saying that it is them themselves, but their employees since many of them They always come home with rice and oil, supposedly they say a client or owner gave it to them????

I have sent countless times in 3 years and I have never missed anything in my boxes and they always arrive within 3 to 4 weeks, the communication lines are sometimes a little slow with them, but I have even been in person to talk to them and I have never had a problem, the location has still changed but the phone number is the same.

If I can give them a Zero 0 I would! Horrible company and VERY INRESPONSIBLE! And NOT TRUST WORTHY! SENT A TANK WITH THEM AND NOW I HAVE MISSING ITEMS BUT NOONE RESPONDS TO THAT. WHEN ASKED WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING ITEMS THEY SAY ITS NOT THERE FAULT ! BUT I GAVE THEM EVERYTHING. THE PERSONAL/STAFF IS TERRIBLE. AND THE DRIVES ARE EVEN WORST. DONT NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE DAILY.

My people, don't ever think of sending a skewer with this, thieves sent a box, they lasted a month and 5 days to deliver it to me, and when they take it to me, the box is missing all of them, they stole 3 pairs of tennis shoes, 4 wallets, and worst of all, no one knows. take responsibility for your box but every thief has his time and divine justice never fails them, they can never do well doing what they do

Do not send anything through that company the price is higher than normal the time they tell you they do not comply they stole the things I sent and there is no one to answer me for my things I do not recommend it at all

Do not send with these people, the service is very bad and they also steal from the boxes and deliver them in Santo Domingo as they want and use an excuse without foundations or evidence that customs retains things at random, they do not deliver on time either, they are so bad They don't even know how to steal, they took some electrical appliances from me and left the boxes empty without them inside and then they say that it was customs, I am really disappointed and I hope that the people who read this do not trust them or send anything with this company.

The worst shipping company, I sent two tanks to the Dominican Republic, it took more than a month to take it and the driver spent two weeks going around with the tanks and never delivered it, whenever I called the agency here they said that they could not communicate with the driver to see what was going on.They always told me we will call you back, they never called back, when they finally delivered the tanks, a lot of merchandise was missing. Do not send in this company they did the same thing to me twice I wanted to give it a 2nd chance and the same thing happened ??

ATTN: MIGUEL, I HAVE OVER 2 MONTHS TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE OWNER AND HE IS AVOIDING ANSWERING ANY CALLS. ISSUE ME MY REFUND FOR THE MACHINE YOU DESTROYED AND NEVER DELIVERED!!!!First and last time I will use this shipping company. I mailed a package over a month ago and no one knows anything about it's whereabouts. I have called numerous times and they keep lying. Said they tried to deliver but no one was home (LIES!), then said the shipment hasn't left the US (another LIE), then said they are waiting to deliver it. Still waiting. They are irresponsible and will blatantly lie to you. I asked for a refund and they refused. No one takes accountability. I am still waiting on a package mailed out in March! I do not recommend.The first and last time I will use this company. I sent a package over a month ago and no one knows anything about its whereabouts. I have called many times and they keep lying. They said they tried to deliver but no one was home (LIE!), then they said the shipment hasn't left the US (another LIE), and then they said they are waiting to deliver. I'm still waiting. The worst company, always different prices, they never charge the prices they have to charge… their employees are very unprofessional. In general, I do not recommend it to anyone, they are one of thieves with prices, be very careful, I do not recommend this company to anyone to send.
