my phone crashed and i went to the Boost location at 5609 Broadway. Genysis was very professional and was extremely helpful in processing my upgrade. The experience was painless and quick LOL. She is the best. Thank you Genysis !

This BOOST MOBILE STORE WAS EXCELLENT. JULIO WAS GREAT. I RECEIVED THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, PHONE OPTIONS AND DEALS, HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF MY SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO WELL. I rate this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ even though I don’t use boost mobile anymore since I was 17 years old and I’m now 35 years old and use Apple iPhone.
And I see customers go in and the staff is polite when I’m outside and look in.

They did not give us the headphones that the factory phone brings in its box. When we call him to ask why he only said that the company does not give those accessories ... Nor the box where the phone comes from? The lady was 20 minutes to closing time and she helped me pick my new phone, set it up and showed me how to use it. She left to go home 20 minutes after closing to help me.
