I needed to replace my Iphone and Jewel was very helpful. He showed me different options of Iphones to choose from. He didn't try and push the most expensive one. He showed me the phones and told me all the different features they had and what were the differences between the Iphone 16E and Iphone 16 plus. Jewel was very patient answering all my moms questions. I left a happy customer with my Iphone 16E and I would totally recommend. Thank You Jewel
